- I like the cgpa susteme here it is relative , in that even at less marks u get good grade and failing is rarest of rare
- Beauty , their are gardens greenry n everything
- Most of the Faculty is adjusting, they adjust according to students
Dislikes
- Very less Companies came and getting hired is difficult
- Poor infrastructure, old benches n everything
- Parking issues, even if there is flood they dont allow student to enter in college
Course Curriculum Overview
Basically its not about the course course will give u nothing u have to develope skills urself , couse ie b tech degree it will just pass an eligible creteria for most of the mncs. U have to develope skills urself
Placement Experience
From 5 sem students start applying for internship some comapnies came only few students get hired in it. Most of them had to go off campus or had to choose course , in the 7th and 8th sem companies came for fte.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of my course is devided into diff components such as tution fee, admission fee,registration fee . The yearly fee to paid by end of degree including everything is 752000 that is 94000 per semester.For reserved candidates this fee is half that if they have to pay 94000 in 1st sem then 6000 in next sem , in total their fee would be 4 lakhs
Campus Life
Some of the clubs are too active here for eg drams club the students give their 3 hrs a day to them which i think is of no use as we have came to college and primary goal should be gaining skills not doing this dance n all
Admission
I choosed this college firstly it has name it is one of the oldest engineering college of india, secondly it is in Chandigarh where there would be more exposure.admission process is clearing jee mains and throug jossa
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is poor. Even some students have to drop the courses cz of lack faculty. Tbh i dont like any of the faculty member, i can say the old permanent facultu is still better they adjust acc to student . But new faculty dont listen to anyone
Night Life
Chandigarh is knowm for nightslife , there are lot of clubs n all u can fun n chill there inside college nothing is in night bt still people just roam in campus in pec market this is whole abojt that
