Course Curriculum Overview

3

My decision to choose law was something that I personally always wanted to do. And that too i am having my course from Aligarh Muslim University , here i am having healthy competitive environment to get through. The teaching methods are good but sometimes too blunt and thorough in learning .

Internships Opportunities

3

For internship and all you will have to approach by yourself, college dont have the roll to play but yes college will issue you letter of reccomendation (LoR) for any internship upon the request of student concerned.

Fees and Financial Aid

For the very first year while getting admission in the university, amount payable will ne 14555 to 20000 depending upon the courses. And this fee structure incease on the yearly basis. Complete course fee such as BA LLB which is of 5 year with hostel accomoddation is 72000 to 75000.

Campus Life

4

Campus life is very much depends on the mood of the students . Here at Aligarh Muslim University in every affiliated hostel organise sports competition by the respective provost. Annual hostel (hall) dinner are being organised and apart from that cultural fest also being coordinated by the different post holder of the hall ( which are held by the students ) . Evey year interview is being conducted for the hall post by the provost of the said hall.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facility is unanimously good , there is weekly or fortnight fumigation being done. 24/7 wifi connection, actually there is centralised wifi connection around the campus, it means once wifi activated you can use wifi campus wide .

Admission

Well i have applied for law in Jamia Millia Islamia and here at Aligarh Muslim University , Igot selected both of of the universities but one noticeable thing is the fee structure have very vast difference while having almost same college ranking , but Jamia Millia Islamia having situated in Delhi have the plus point while Aligarh Muslim University student have to approach the opportunities manually.

Faculty

4

The faculties of my college are good and approachable also. Marking schemes are as per CGPA and in case if any student fails to get good marks they can approach to the concerned faculty and will definately get some what idea of answer writing . If talking about the relevance of the course curriculum , specifically law has the most relevant curriculum .

Interview Experience

4

yes for admission in Aligarh Muslim University you will have to get through entrance examination, after qualification in written test for pre-matric schooling you will have to appear mandatorily for interview , while there is not the same case after matriculation of intermediate examination , you get admission directly through entrance test.

Night Life

4

Night life of students are almost good , there is gym , cafeterias (canteen) and a library in each and every hostel of the campus . Talking about the favourite hangout spot is canteen where you get to interact with your favourite senior who are very freindly and kind in nature.

Other Applied Colleges

I choose this course because its really a noble profession and I would like to contribute by best into this course. The curriculum preparess me for the real world applications really well especially moot courts. The teaching methods of the teachers are really fun and engaging they interact with the whole class. Makes it easy to understand the subject. No improvemnets needed right now. The exams are of moderate level and of 2hrs max internals and helps in improving.

Not everyone gets placed and the people who gets placed don't get much, there are multiple companies that come for the interview and only people with 60+ percent in their exams can qualify for the interview.
