Remarks
Overall college is good except for it's fees structure. No college can do anything to help you unless you don't want to help yourself. College is good in all forms of you want to take admission you can take.
Course Curriculum Overview
As it is a deemed University,it has its own curriculum, there are two exams per semester one mid semester and other end semester. Marks scoring is easy even if you study little bit but have to struggle at placement.
Placement Experience
Placement for CS it is 100%. For other branches like mechanical civil electrical etc are not that good it around 50 to 60% only that also at a very low package around 2 lakhs per annum. Internship is also provided easily.
College Events
KIIT Fest, Nss, Ncc, and many other events take place every week there is one or other events going on so co curruliar are most welcome here others can have fun at DJ etc. If one wants they can be busy all year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive it's around 4 lakhs a year which is very high. Even though facilities provided are very high but still it takes around 20lakhs to complete a bechalors degree which is way more than expected.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship are provided if you rank in top which is very difficult and no scholarship is provided otherwise. Loan facility is provided by college in its own campus as they know they are too expensive to be paid without taking a loan.
Campus Life
Everything is excellent but it depends on how much you want it. Gym and all is given for 300 per month. All facilities are good but only if you are interested otherwise no one cares about it, if you want.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, hostel facilities are very good mess is not that good but way better than most other colleges. Only problem is with the disciplinary commity that they don't listen to what you say they just do what they want to do.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are usually friendly and ragging unless Junior say or do something offensive to senior. Alumni network is not provided as it's a growing college it changes every year there is no way you can know exactly what happens next year.
Admission
Kittee exam which is free,if you get selected according to your rank you get admission in branches. Cs generally fills up to 2990 rank other admission goes up to 30000 rank. You need 50% marks in pcm to get admission.
Faculty
Faculty are mostly from Orissa little partiality occurs but overall it's fine. Teaching is good and exams papers are also easy. One just need to find important points to score 70% at least, otherwise back papers are in June where it's very easy to pass.
