Decent internship exposure with good opportunities

The curriculum is well-structured and fairly comprehensive, combining core theoretical subjects with analytical and qunatitative papers. This baalnced approach was a key reason for choosing the course as it helps building strong conceptual clarity and problem solving skills. Syllabus prepares students for higher studies, research, entry level roles in finance, analytics and policy related fields. Internal assessments like assignments and presentations promote continuous learning. The semester based exams includes mid sem exams (1.5 hr) and end sem exams (3 hrs) which are of moderate difficulty.

Decent internship opportunities are provided by TnP Cell. Most internships come from startups, IT firms, MSMEs, consulting firms offering roles in business development, sales, research, analytics, marketing, finance etc. Stipends range from 5000 to 20000 per month. The work includes hands on project, on geound experience, data analysis, reporting etc

Final year students are generally placed with an average package of 7-8 lakhs for management programs. Companies including the big 4 like EY, KPMG, Deloitte and other reputed companies have visited and many offers have been made. Around 60% of the students get placed in management branch. After getting the degree, I am also planning to appear in the placement opportunities.

The first year fee for my batch (2023-27) was around ?1.05 lakh, which includes tuition fees, registration fees, university charges, development fees, exam fees and other charges. The fees increase approximately by ?10,000 every year. Over the complete 4 year course, the total fee comes to around ?4.5 lakhs depending on yearly revisions. Students from reservation category get fee relaxation as per government norms. Students are also eligible for scholarships including government, national, merit cum means etc based on income and academic performance.

Campus life is vibrant and socially engaging with several active and student run clubs and socities. I am personally a part of 2-3 clubs. The college hosts annual fests between Feb to Apr. The library has a good collection of academic books, journals and newspapers. Classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and other facilities. Sports and extra curricular are encouraged through available ourdoor and indoor facilites for volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis, cricket etc.

I chose this college due to its academic reputation, structured curriculum and its close to my home making the daily commuting manageable. I had also applied in other courses and colleges but this was the best course amongst all and provided better quality education and exposure. The admission process was transparent and merit based considering CUET score. The overall process was smooth and well organised with timely updates and clear guidelines

The faculty members are generally well-qualified and experienced in their respective subjects. The faculty to student ratio is fairly balanced allowing students to interact with teachers before and after class hours. The course structure is well-defined and follows a semester system. Each semester includes assignments, mid sems, end sems, projects. Exams are moderately challenging, manageable with regular study. Overall, the curriculum is relevant and updated combining theoretical knowledge and practical exposure.

My favouite hangout spots outside college are counter culture coffee, bakebook, meltado, mcdonalds and bobby tikki wala. Inside college, nescafe is the favourite and the double masala maggi with a little twist of mine.
