Course Curriculum Overview
I have taken this course not out of anywhere but because economics is the way to move forward. With the new EU economics policies that were cleared lately all of it was added in our classrooms and it became a point of discussion. So, our studies are not what is there in textbooks but in the geological world any new sanctions and FTA are also discussed.
Internships Opportunities
Nearly 100 companies have been invited by USME this year for summer internships and all students have been asked to grab one or find on own. Without internships practical learning will never be something as a student we will ever be exposed too and therefore, with a stipend close to 20-30k all students have to go for intenrships.
Placement Experience
DTU is one of thos universities which has the biggest substrata when it comes to placements. Nearly 500 companies so far have visited DTU and half of them are a regular partner now. Our course which was induced just 8 years back in DTU has placed students and average package has been around 5 to 6 Lakhs per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
Bachelor of Economics is a tough competitive course and at DTU the fees makes it a little more tougher. Our fees is 1.16 lakhs a year while most top DU colleges charges 24 to 30k. However, DTU is definitely bigger and better than most DU colleges and with private colleges like facilities and studies the fees is right.
Campus Life
Our library is amazing as all economists top books, researches and all are available there. You need any publications and they are available there from Rockefeller to Rothschild how they controlled economies. Even some war history and all are there too, so we learn a complete repotoire of economics in our syllabus.
Admission
Admission in DTU are through CUET scores. So, CUET is what helps us get here because the quota and all are fair here and thus one has to be absolute gun to get admission here. I had 650 kind of score and that is enough for a general student to get admission here.
Faculty
Our economics faculties are definitely best because some of them have taught in DU and they themselves tells us that DTU is much better. Unlike DU where scoring is must easier in DTU its as tough because no free markings are given and economics course also have a couple of practical subjects in each semester.
Night Life
Close to Mayur Vihar Metro Station, we have an E-O-D Adventure Park. All the conventional spots, I have explored them innumerable times but going out with mates always feel new and therefore we keep exploring and more.
