Remarks

The placement season here can be said to be one of the best in entire India. This is the USP of VIT and is one of the most important things in a student's life. Hence except for a little struggle in the starting 1-2 months, College life here can be said to be extremely promising for everyone

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course is dependent on projects so that a student gets to learn whatever theory is being taught in the class. Also, courses that require labs have been given special attention here. The course promises a vivid variety of knowledge as well as practical implementation

Placement Experience

5

Yes. The college takes special care of internships and placements and as I can see, Legit 400-500 companies visit my college and this really makes VIT stand from the rest of the colleges. It promises a 100 percent convert ratio for students sitting for placements

College Events

4.5

VIT has around 120 clubs and chapters and hence we have technical and cultural events every day right throughout the year. The topics range from IoT to singing, Augmented Reality to Talent hunts. VIT has two fests, Gravitas and Riviera which have a reputation of being one of the top cultural fests in India

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are quite expensive compared to other government colleges but at par with other private colleges. Considering the facilities and the training provided I am quite content with the facilities provided

Fees and Financial Aid

VIT offers scholarships to underprivileged and poor students. Also during my college years, it provided a scholarship of 1 Lakh to the top 20,000 students taking admission in VIT. The students have to maintain a decent CGPA

Campus Life

5

VIT has facilities for every sport. It comprises of numerous cricket and football fields as well as Badminton courts, Ac Gyms, Tennis, Basketball as well as Volleyball courts. This all is included in the ravishing 300-acre campus of VIT

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are extremely helpful with everything including projects and studies. Placement season is also very important in the life of a student and seniors are most helpful during this time.VIT alumni have meets every year

Admission

VIT conducts it's own Entrance Exam VITEEE for a period of one month all over India. Every candidate can write the exam once choosing his preferred time slot. Based on these marks VIT invites the first 20,000 students across India For counseling and admission process

Faculty

4

The faculty here are similar to the kind you find everywhere across India, They won't go out of their methods to help you but if you ask for it specifically they will solve your doubts. You can visit them daily in their free slots

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

They focus heavily on communication , technical knowledge and competitive preparation ,align students with what top companies expect ,and contiuosly push us to improve and meet industry standards. Their structured training helped me to clearly identify my strengths and work on my weak areas, which made a huge difference during interviews and boosted my overall confidence. The department faculty are equally commnedable ,knowledgable ,approachable and genuinely invested in student career. Overall CIT is an excellent choice for anyone focused on building a strong and sucessful career
