Everything around the college is good. We have a number of clubs and societies so that everything get promoted in the college itself. Even the sports facilities are also good, and we have separate societies for sports and for cultural events

First year tuition fee is 1 lakh 10 thousand in first sem followed by 50 thousand in second sem and after first year your odd sem fee will be around 80-90 thousand while even sem fees will be always 50 thousand. but if you are from sc/st category then your whole course tuition fee will be just 1 lakh 65 thousand. while for others it will be around 5 lakh 60 thousand. and in this fee everything is included you lab fee , festival fee, computer fee and many more things . for scholarship i would say good luck because there is no scholarship on the scale compared to other courses but this year our college started giving chances to ITEP student also but yeah , college scholarships are competitive and generally low compared to what you need .from college scholarships you can just fulfill your needs of snacks of whole year. i would say be optimistic as the course is new so scholarship will come gradually and you can register for state or private scholarship online. your whole course with tuition and hostel fee will be nearly 10.5 to 11 lakh I am giving range because it will keep increasing every year.

In odd sem there are 2 fest that are festember and nittfest while in even sem there is pragyan. so total of 3 fest in a year . lots of books and journals are available for students for than 2 lakh with many online tie ups where you can get materials from collegees like cambridge and oxford to study online . for bsc bed student classes will be held inside department itself as they required small classroom with strength of 20 students while lecture complex hall have strength for more than 60 students. classroom are good, projector is there ,fans and light are also there with one classroom also have ac. sports and extracurricular activities are something which you will love so if you have some sports in your mind which you left you can pursue it here like badminton,handball, basketball,chess, swimming,hockey, cricket and many more although swimming pool is small but rest all things are fine . there are lot of clubs and if you didn't find anything then don't hesitate to create one from photography to coding many different types of clubs are there which are generally open to all students.

The fee structure at Chandigarh University for CSE is quite high. In my first year i, recieved a scholarship of 86000 in each semester. However, my scholarship was discontinued because i couldnt maintain the required 7.5 cgpa. and my semester fee increased to the actual amount of 1,46,000. The hostel fee is approximately 1,20,000 per year adding to overall expenses.

The general fees when I was studying was around 58000, the college provided scholarships for merit students and for the students from the reserved minority category who were in need of the fee relaxation. According to me the fees was affordable compared to other colleges, apart from the college fees we had to pay extra exam fees which was not too high either but between 1000-2000 only. Merit scholarship and reservation scholarship helped students to get education without much of fee pressure.

I chose BCom because I was a commerce student in my PUC, and I wanted to master in the same field. This course has shaped my knowledge on accounts and finance which has been some sort of a passion for me. Accounts, tally, finance, are the studies that are to be applied by anyone who's working with numbers, finances or in banks, account sectors etc which I'm doing currently, and it has really helped me a lot. The only improvement in this course that I seek is practical applications and workshops that would definitely help students enhance their skills.
