I wrote kcet [Karnataka common entrance test] to join this college. this was the best college which I heard from my senior doctors so by this way I landed in this college. there was no interview process that was followed. I was interested in this course so I chose this.

As the college is good with giving all the facilities by this way the course was good for me. There was very good focus given to practical learning. The institute was taking good research initiatives. Some of the elective options were there.

I am pursuing BCA 5th semester. I was not able to get high grades in +2 so I can't get any admission in some other colleges, so I ended up here. There is no entrance exam for admission. It's a corresponding program.

There are no internships programs from college, you have to find companies for internships on your own. No company came for any interview. You got degree of your course and then find your job.

the admissions can be taken by appearing in JEE MAIN. there was no any interview taken at the time of admission. the stand of college in Gujrat is very good and all other criteria which is also good. that's why i have taken admission in this college.

The campus life is the best that we can get and really enjoyable. the freedom we enjoy in college campus as a student. The frequently happening events in the college and the profound Xavier Utsav adds more to the beautiful experiences here. Though the college rules regarding dress code, attendance, classes, exams and admissions are strict but these are what that helps in building a simple college into a reputed disciplined institute. Here imparting good education and knowledge to students is given more priority than anything else and to do so academic syllabus as well as the teachers are updated. The faculty is awesome and they support not only in texts but also encourages and guides students to future available career options. Overall Xavier's Ranchi is a place where you learn as well as enjoy your college life and get your future all in a proper right direction.

Xavier's Ranchi conducts entrance exams for all courses at graduation level. The structure of Entrance exams is based on the course selected by the applicant. I had to appear in a written objective type entrance exam. There were multiple choice questions with options that we had to do. Every year there are thousands of applicant appearing different courses. The competition is very difficult and the cut off scores goes very high. The English department alone received around 2000 applications this year as we were informed by our HOD. I am pursuing my honors degree in English Literature and that's only because of my great interest in Literature and language. English department is the top reputed department of this college.

The course which I chose was having good scope, actually, it is an evergreen subject to learn for. In practical learning, sreyas has a good name and faculty. It has labs of mechanical Sept. To be frank no research initiatives are taken by the institute.

Faculty are well qualified and are good at teaching. Some are much interactive while teaching and some are not. In case of teaching it's not that effective.

Teachers do a lot of homework on what to bring to the table for students and more often than not, it turns out to be interesting and a beautiful approach to learning. Practical learning involves live discussions, use of audio-visual movies and videos. We are often asked to present a chapter based on our own understanding and then 'teach' it to the class. It's a wholesome experience. Our projects need detailed research and our teachers help us with them, till they are perfect. The courses are good and so is the choice of content. The teachers are highly qualified with a minimun of B.Ed Degree. Some teachers even had PhDs. The class sessions are highly interactive, informative and interesting. Different methods of teachings are adopted to make every session versatile. There is a regular use of smart boards and visual learning. Students are engaged in debates and discussions to learn to accept other opinions on social and psychological causes. All in all, the teachers put an effort outside the classroom as well, which at the end of the day is beneficial for the students.

The course was fantastic. Personally i learnt many things , participated in international conferences thanks to college that they allowed. Practical learning was also included because internship was compulsory in which we have to work on the field. Research initiatives wasn’t taken by the institutes but we personally researched on few things for which we got the permission to use the lab.

Firstly i wrote JEE in which i had score less marks but were sufficient to get admission in my college. There was no interview process, it was just like go and take the admission directly. Actually my uncle made me to choose the course i am studying. He is an experienced man and i trust him so i took this field and developed the interest in it.

Only 2 major fests are done by the college, college tech fest and University tech fest, and many more events are organised by the students themselves.

College is great but there are a lot of problems, very common problems, water related etc hostel related, problems are sorted but not on time.

The institute provides pretty good quality placement facilities for us. But the only thing is that the packages secured or obtained aren't that high wages. As the companies visiting the college don't provide higher packages. Major companies visiting the &college peanut, tech Mahindra, Infosys, L&T,, etc. The average package given is 5 LPA.. 50% students are placed in the year.

Plenty of events are organized by the college. Students manages few events as well. They are good and huge. We have a cultural program every year. It's name keeps on changing every year. The footfall is about 2k.. The college provides good facilities and contributed well every year for the same. They provide passes for the program n dinner so no one can infiltrate inside.

Placements offer every companies to visit to the college almost seventy percent of the students gets placed nicely on the academic-based results and rest students had to search jobs here and there. The companies like IBM, ITs ,HP,and BANKS. also from nationalised the packages depends on the job bagged by the students.

The teachers were excellent ,they more all degree holders in high post and took classes to seniors to juniors also. ya class was interactive sometimes teachings were done smartly and well good it was.

Yes,they do provide Internship. Experience was excellent as we got to learn so many new things about the corporate world. Stipend depend upon the company where you will do Internship. Deloitte and Goldman Sachs give 50k to 70k for 2 months of Internship.

I wrote MAT entrance exam.i got to know about this College from my friend and cousins. Small aptitude test and group discussion was conducted before the interview round. My passion towards making career in marketing field made me to choose this course.

Placements were quite disappointing during my graduation as there was recession going on in IT sector but college put every possible effort for placements. Major companies like TCS, TECH MAHINDRA, Infosys, Persistent came to my college and give around 30% placements.

College fees was quite high to bare for middle class family and it was really difficult sometimes for us to manage the college fees. Fees was approximately 90000 exclusive stationery and examination fees.

College life was full of adventure and there are things yet to happen. Overall it was as one must perceive. For me it didn't lived to my expectation as for what i had imagined a college to be. It was flop. This college has given me a great experience and memory for life which i may never forget. It was a new and different feeling for me. It showed me a new direction of thought and that the life is not all about a single piece of cake. There are variation and difference out of our imagination.

I had given entrance exams for persuing the course i am in. But i had never in dreams imagined that i will ever get addmission in this college. I got admitted through the general process of government counselling. There was no interview except for a short introduction about my qualification, nativeplace etc. I am doing this course as per my parents' wish.

It was based on ACPC. 60% board examination and 40% JEE main. We have fill our forms and select the college according to the rank given by ACPC. In interview they just ask for original document. I have chosen this course because my technical skills can develop more and further i want to became a technical in aerospace

The fees structure is very low. Fees was feasible as it is government college. Tut ion fees of college was around 2000 Rs per year and exam fees was around 1500 per semester which is nominal if we compare fees to other engineering institutes which is expensive as there fees was around 50000 Rs or more.

Rs. 5000/semester only. The whole fees of BCA course is 30000rs . Only which is very less than any regular college. No concession to students since fees is very affordable decided directly from the government of India. So no reduction is possible in fees of students but if anyone try or request to authorize person then some solution are also provided.

All over Ignou is a university which provide education at the doorstep of every student. So what's any one needs in such a affordable value. So if you belongs from rural areas then Ignou is the best option for complete your education in my point of view.

I have not applied for any internship cause I will pursue further master education but according to seniors, the general stipend offered is around 6k to 10k. The experiences of other tell me that the only benefit of an internship is of the work experience that you gain and the stipend is really low for the work given.

Many of big consultancy company came to college every year to give opportunity to build a carrier in your field. Placement in science department is fairly low as comparing to commerce. Simply for the reason that students majorly opt for pg and commerce department which is quite good. highest being 30 lacks (2014).

The faculty here are well Qualified with most teachers having experience of more than 20 years of teaching. Interaction between students and faculty is good and each group of 40 students are provided with a mentor for discussing Problems faced by Students.

Till now, my b.tech from Computer Science is going well. My focus on Practical Leaning till now went quite good. I made an ANDROCAR(a car which is controlled by a mobile App), LFR(Line Follower Robot). I worked on a mobile hacking Application also.

Our college needs a good infrastructure if not good then just a little makeover as compared to other colleges we lack attraction or could say the ambience by which the new generation gets attracted if this happens I’m sure we gonna get much better admissions in the coming year and technically we are very strong all branches have a superb teaching and non-teaching staff and one last thing is the officials in our college are very arrogant they need a little bit of counselling for them to understand that they are there for students not students are there for them

We have our Celestial as one of the major event of our colg it has cultural it has technical events everything coverd up or wrapped in this single bundle we do enjoy it

As per my personal opinion. It was a great move I made and might that's proving right to me. Practical learning is always a necessity for emerging as a learner. There is research initiative for which the individual has to be capable of. Nothing as such elective options. Everything is mentioned during admission.

Each and every professor is having either PhD or Dr. Degree. So nothing to question about them. They are very interactive but individual has to be interested. Standard of teaching is basically how a class can take. It goes accordingly to the class. How the class takes it. It has a very hard working facilities.

Placement scenario is good.many companies are coming here for placements drives bit off campus placement is more here and always some companies are available here for placements drives and avg package for mca is 600000/-per annum and average 10-12 students are selected from campus.

Yes college provide the internship and it was the great experience for us.internships is also available in lucknow because many companies are available for internships and pay some money for it and it is the great experience here.
