Our college mainly focuses on Hospitality management. So Various programmes and events organised very frequently.And all the programmes are very interesting.Besides, various experts from the different country visit and interact with the students.They try to boost our confidence.

I got my placement from this college before I appear in my final year exam.Now I am working as a Manager in a Tours and Travelling agency.I had a dream to pursue MBA with a specialisation in Tourism from this college.And I am happy that I got placement also.My CTC is also good.

For admission first I filled up the enquiry form.It is compulsory for admission.Then I got a callback. The counsellor called me from UEI, and give me an Interview date.When I passed the Interview, I meet the Deputy Director of our college. Finishing all these formalities my admission started properly.

Our campus is located at GT Road next to ISBT. It is 2 km away from the Railway Station.Our campus has such a huge Library with a well stocked books.In our Library there is a reading room also,where all the magazines and newspapers are kept.We can play Indoor games within the campus.

I got placed even before I completed my graduation on one of the best companies in India, which is very good thing happened to me. The training and placement cell of this university changed my life completely. today i just want to tell everyone that this university gave you a new life by changing your life completely.

Exam structure is easy and lab facilities are also available for students on the campus include Modern computer labs, Metallurgy lab, CAD centre, Thermal engineering lab, Microprocessor lab, Computer graphics lab, Hardware lab, Network lab, laboratories with advanced machines and instruments & more.

There are so many events organise by our department as well as our college. Tech fest which includes robo race, mock placement, apti, box cricket, ppt presentation, paper presentation, etc. Moving towards culture Abhirang include dance, drama, rampwalk, speech, essay, fishpond, etc Ther are good in all this activity. Gender ratio is 60:40 boys and girls respectively. There are 4-5 labs available in our department like Process control lab, biomedical lab, microprocessor and microcontroller lab, sensor and transducer lab, integrated circuit lab, etc.

Admission through the DTE process which was carried out by the government of Maharashtra. Every year this process is carried out for the admission of engineering. Here we have to submit all the details related to our education, cast, and nationality after that the process starts and then we need to choose the college we need to take admission in. After all this process they notify us about the college where we are able to take admission.

Campus life is very nice and so many facilities are provided by this campus. The classroom is a best place for a positive learning environment for students. The classrooms was excellent with well design furniture, proper sitting arrangement are also their for all the students, equipped with LCD projector, proper arrangements of Computer system with power supply.

I was always fond of cricket and this university give me an opportunity to play and took a part on so many tournaments. I just not only successfully graduated from this university but also improved my cricket skills by playing and winning tournaments. The best thing about this University is that the faculty here encourages you to pursue your interest.

Campus has very beautiful infrastructure with modern computer labs, Wi-Fi facility which 24x7 access the internet connection and an upcoming ultra modern hostel facility is also provided by this campus and spacious canteen in campus. Wi-Fi facility is provided throughout the entire campus including 30 MBPS lease line with extra backup line of 10 MBPS.

Placement and job opportunities are very nice almost every students of this university got placed in such a big companies. This university has tie up with more than 100 companies and these companies visited to our campus every year.

After I completed my Intermediate exam in commerce stream I choose this college to pursue Hospitaliy management. UEI is one of the top colleges in I India. The Admission process was simple.No online entrance test is required.At the time of admission, passport photos, relevant documents and admission fees were required.

As an Internship programme, our college introduced ACE( Advanced Communication for Employment). ACE modules such as language proficiency, soft skills, vocabulary, business etiquette, interview skills and public speaking which was necessary for starters like us.It was very much helpful for our personality development.

It was really good and exceptional. Since it is a Women's college and based on Indian Ethics, we had a subject even on how to balance your work life and personal life when a women is married. The course did not only intend to create leaders, but also the responsible citizen that will bring harmony in the society too. We learnt lessons from Bhagvad Gita also. One very important subject was to understand the management from the villages. In this we actually went and lived in rural areas through an NGO in Rajasthan for a week to learn the Survival of the Weakest too. The course there made me think so many times the true purpose of my Life and not only the Career.

It was well organized since the course is on campus. We studied foreign languages also which would be early in the morning class followed by the management class till 3 pm. We were given sufficient time to work in projects and also take up extra curricular activities to balance our lives like Yoga, Horse riding, swimming etc in the Campus. Banasthali believes in the holistic development of the students.

The exams are carried out according to the timetable provided by university of Kerala. There will be adequate break time between each exams .The lab exams are scheduled by the college itself and it is scheduled according to the student's concerns .Lab exams are carried out in roll number manner so all of the student's get adequate time for preparation

UEI has 13 centres all over the India.The admission process for all the centres is same.For my course 10+2 passed out is compulsory.I got my admission by filling up the online enquiry form.The counsellor called me for Interview after he received my enquiry form.When Interview successfully completed my admission procedure started.

The placement rate was approximately 80% for my batch. The CTC ranged from 3.05 to 8 LPA with 3 lakhs on an average. Companies like Cape Gemini, Tech Mahindra, Ericcson, Think & Learn, Dell, Wipro, Wells Fargo etc. visited the campus providing the roles of an associate software engineer, system engineer etc. Also, companies like Ixia, Wipro, Dell, Ericcson provided internships with a stipend ranging from 10k to 15k INR.

SMIT has a beautiful campus with a wonderful environment (don't believe me? just Google it). Overall, the college is perfect. The college is 30km away from the beautiful city of Gangtok and can be a perfect stay for the weekends. In total, there are two canteens. There are labs for mechanical and civil engineering has been developed to a large extent lately.
