Campus life was the best part of the college life. It was near about equal gender ratio with healthy environment. Extracurricular activities were organized from time to time and students actively participated in it. Girls from DU north campus performed in cultural fests, and major celebrities like KK, sonu nigam and famous bands giving their performances.

And they get the best package. I think last year the highest package of my college is 22 lack per annum.

The technical, cultural, management festivals which your college holds, how big they are and the participation in them.
The faculties are very cooperative. They never harassed to any students. The classes are really interesting. Most of the teachers not used PPT. Experience teachers having good research background are guided for our project work. Sometimes I felt bore for 100 minutes classes in NIST. But the teachers are so great they manage the time very nicely.
The college has very good placement team. Almost all reputed companies like wipro, infosys, capgemini, TI, etc are coming every year. Nearly 80% students are getting placement. College also provide pre placement training to all the students. To improve the technical knowledge, teachers are taking interview in regular basis.

The College does not have a strong Placement record, The companies that come over looking for hiring candidates are insufficient comapred to the number of students and most student do not opt for placement opportunities offered by the College. I being an undergraduate student did not opt for placement for the college. I went on to do a professional course in Chartered Accountancy to build a better Resume for getting a job.
The Faculty of the College comprised of some of the Best Teachers in the City. There were practicing professional including CA and CS teaching us Practical subjects like Accountancy, Direct and Indirect taxation. A Practicing High Court Lawyer was teaching us Mercantile Law. The other teachers were also having extremely good caliber in their teaching skills.
Course curriculum was equivalent to UGC standard and even compared to IIT's the course was structured and similar to what was taught. Frequent assessment was the best part of course. First Sem and Second semester we were taught subject from all the branches that be Civil, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, IT.
Companies like Microsoft, Intel & SAP are the niche players in market who chose KIIT for their hiring . Apart from these TCS, Accenture, WIPRO, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI, TechM hires from our college. Highest package started was 16 LPA from Microsoft and average salary offered was at 3.5 LPA.

The best course intact a life learning course i would say this course is just not about books its about the experiences which we are going to face in our lifetime and this course assess the chance to face it in a real time manner and i am very lucky that this course gave me an opportunity to know about depths in every aspect
our fee structure was feasible enough and for 2 years the tutorial fees was 12lakhs and and there were 4 instalments in paying the fees and in that a spect i did not find it a expensive first 50,000 has been paid to confirm the admission and 3 lacs at the time of admission and remaining money in instalments .
The course structure was good enough as of first 2 years of course they concentrated on theory and lab practice. From third year on wards they made a good platform for research based on our interest. We mainly focused on exchange mail server concepts. So our professors helped us on this research material and all.
We actually studied under jawahar lal nehru technoligical university Curriculum .Exam structure was designed well. They divided exams as internal, external and labs. 20 percent for internal and 80 for external and 75 for labs.they are transparent to give internal marks and they never allowed copying.
As I said in my earlier comment, ours was first batch of the college. There are 2 more engineering colleges in same town and students passed out from those colleges were kept as lecturer with very few senior lecturers/professor. I can say that, those new lectures were still in their college days and used to treat students as though they know everything in the world and they are the best.
If I describe college life, it was good. Gender ratio was around 80:20. There was not much extracurricular activities happening out their in terms of technical things. There used to activities related to sports which I have mentioned at top. I haven't heard abt any sexual harassment related stuff during my four years in college there.
Course curriculum is in line with national standards. Generally the books being referred are the same one as late eighty and nineties. but this is the situation in all the institutes of national importance be it IIT, NIT or any other. However, Library is highly equipped with latest journals and books and teachers are always ready to guide you as per your requirements.
Faculty is very helpful and friendly. However, in the initial years, they sound highly rude and hopeless but as the time passes, you realise their importance and more importantly, after joining the real industry, you feel whatever they taught or said was absolutely accurate and authentic. Try to imbibe as much as possible.
One of the best time. Academics were good but equally balanced with social life. Festival celebration, Arts fest, sports day were the main celebrations. Apart from that, there were quiz, debates etc conducted simultaneously. Politics, election were there as in limits. Tours were planned and conducted properly. Gender ratio was perfect as 50-50%.
Placement cell was very active and right person was given responsible. There are few companies visited such as UST Global, Siemens, Infosys etc. Package was between 2.4 to 3.0 LPA and around 100 plus got placed. But 90% of them got placed through pool campus before pass out from our batch.
When we did engineering our ECE electives were chosen good we did differently than other colleges and course we had Medical electronics and Software computing(Neural networks). But there was no focus on research as such. We did not had any mini projects. We had only final year project. Our HOD was giving ideas and encouraging us to do research projects which can be further enhanced.
Our faculties were all qualified for the teaching of the particular subjects. Few of them were interesting to attend like our Mechanics paper, Electronics paper, Neural networks paper. Our HOD Muniraj sir class was the best among all. He would make us do examples and gives us lot of examples in real life. An share with us his experiences in the subject expertise.
Course curriculum is designed as per the RGPV university which is same across the Madhya Pradesh. RGPV has good curriculum, however not sure how much it is used on daily basis. I took MPPET entrance exam , this is one of the option after oriental and LNCT as i got less mark in MP PET entrance examination.
All the faculties are experienced and professional to handle and manage our schedules.Classes are must attend and beneficial. Available in many cities all over India. For working professionals classes are held on weekends. All the students same synergy and driving factor build up by their faculties as in regular colleges.
Short Term Courses, Long Term Courses, E-learning courses and then Examinations. Its full of research and guidance and then a check by your faculty. Term - end exams are held twice in a year Classes are held at the Study centres and also imparted Online
CDAC use to conduct lot of competitive events internally as well as provide us opportunities to participate in inter college events hosted by GGSIP university. One of the annual event hosted by CDAC was Techkriti where we use to have programming contests, CUI/GUI programming as well as cultural events held once every year.
At that time in 2000-2003, CDAC didn't offer any scholarships but the free seats for the top students in the entrance exams acted as a scholarship since the fees were very less as compared to other students who didn't get the free seats. Compared to the facilities provided by CDAC, the fee was really very low.

This college is known for cultural-spiritual and traditional activities. Each day started with a 30 minute prayer which was compulsory for everyone to attend. One of the main events that took place during 2000 was the consecration ceremony of Ramakrishna Mutt (which is the parent body of the college) and we all participated as volunteers.
There might not have been a focus on the research but it was good overall. It made one aware of accounting, commercial and economics basics. Subjects such as management and cost accounting made one familiar with the cost and management accounting concepts, which gave them an edge while doing CA,CWA,ACS professional courses.
As per research prospective, its good place well setup lab is here professors are also well behaved qualified and helping in nature, library are up to mark where you will find almost all the books of your course reference and you can easily find out what you actually need. Also you will get scholarship to go abroad for studying etc.
I gave PU entrance exam, after exam first cutoff list I got selected and then I went for counselling and then I choose computer science.
The course curriculum is similar to the engineering course and it is highly recommended by me to all. Practical oriented curriculum which makes each student practically fit for any field in instrumentation. Because of that practically specific curriculum all our batchmates are well placed in highly reputed companies in india and foreign.
College is having a very advanced placement cell which can give job for 70 percent of their students. Placement from highly reputed companies are coming in the college. Most of my friends are placed in reputed companies through campus recruitment arranged by the placement cell of the college.
