In BMS i had score 72% with o grade. I was finance student and our teacher was so helpful bcoz of them I had score this good marks and about college my best friend was going in this college that's why I went college was awesome.

I had written CET exam .I wanted to pursue my engineering in electronics and telecommunication but my marks weren't high enough. But after studying about other branches I came to know that instrumentation was an interesting option And goal it proved right.

There's no gender bias. We have a conflict between the north and south Indian crowd. Maby fights happen due to it. There are frequent workshops.

No bad remarks about my college because college is very good infrastructure and environment is very good. Lab faculty and hostel is very good.

Many students were placed from our college. Companies are placed such as amazon, karvy, Infosys etc. They are providing 3.5 lakhs per annum.

There were few technical events like coding contest, Anyone can participate in that from any college, They are at big level contest. Many of the college sdutent participate in that. In case of cultural event, my college does not celebrate much. Only normal and formality is done. We dont even get the freshers party but we got farewell. Management event is also not so popular.

Faculty of 1st year is too good. They have interest in their jobs, they all taught us with full dedication and so the result comes out from 1st year. But as we grown up their interest vanishes. In 2nd year, they taught us but faculty was not so good, as all the faculty members of 2nd year was like new teachers.

As i told i was passed out in the year 2008. In that year i think almost 75 - 80 % people got placed. the packages varied between 3.2 to 4 lakh per annum. Companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Bosch, Keen and some other.

Gender ratio : male 65 % and female : 35 %. We had a good relationship between juniors and involved in sports and technical event etc. No race, religion and politics between friends. we were quite happy during college days.

As we know that engineering coarse includes 8 semesters. Everything was well organized and we'll planned and we had an amazing faculty team to help us with the coarse structure which made things easier to handle. Apart from this we we were given a good time to experiment with devices in our laboratories.

All of our faculty members were highly educated and had good knowledge of their subjects. One good thing I have noticed is, they kept revising and kept studying their respective subjects whenever they got free time.

The curriculum is very effective I am doing mooc courses , funded project on speech recognition and lots of other things to explore my mind.

Fee structure of my college is lyf other ones 30, 000 per year+ 25000 transport, 44000 jostle including mess.

I took SRM-EEE entrance exam. My rank was 35000 and i found this college best out of all the colleges i was getting.

The research part is just the best amongst all as the faculty is cooperative which lacks in IIT and NIT.

The campus life is more or less similar to few universities a good freedom. The gender ratio is almost equal. Workshops are conducted. There no such kind of politics or any religion based problems. The students in Sona are mostly from middle class.

The placements are a bit low compared to top colleges like PSG, Anna university. Core department have very few placements whereas IT and CSE have almost 80 percent placement. FT has 100 percent placement.
