The college management is headed by the Director and the management is very great, strong and decision making.There is a general secretary of every department and also a general secretary for the whole college who is elected by means of voting who represents students for addressing their problems and suggestions to the management, the management is of friendly nature and always work for students betterment.

Overall VNITs campus life is awesome, students from diverse communities and region come to the college but the living environment is very good there and is very friendly. Hostel life is awesome with 24 hours broadband. All the states have their own associatios and cultural events girl to boys ratio in on a lower side.

Being the first batch our department was exempted from internship so we have to arrange internship for ourselves if intrested. Many of my colleagues done internships in MIDC nagpur and few went outside Nagpur for internships. I heard that for other departments internships were arranged by the faculty and college.

In first year the faculty was good but as we were the first batch of Chemical engg and technology the faculty which was newly appointed was average.In second year we were thought by the chemistry faculty only and in third year dedicated faculty were appointed in which some were great and rest were average.

Faculty of our college is very co-operative and through with the curriculum. They are our true mentors who are always ready to guide us to achieve the desired aim on time. Their knowledge and experiences are fruitful to the students which they share with all of us from time to time.

From time to time our college organises different fests, a recent one named " utsav" was organised in dec 2015. It was a mix of technology & culture. It gives a platform to the students for innovations and to express there interest in their specific area of study.

Mechatronics 14 is a technical symposium Fresher day party Farewell day party I enjoyed a lot with all these parties and I learnt party culture. So many things From my college life It my really life changing one.

Excellent and awesome in kind of parties and extra curricular activities Male female ratio will be 5:2. But that ratio must be developed and culture must grow something.

Gender ratios was 50 50 for the other branches but for my branch the gender ration was 10: 90 for girls to boys. So many useful in the college and got so many things which I got some interesting things.

There were not so many come in my college. But the placement took in the previous year it was so more as compare to my year. So at that time when I am in final year not get call at least one company.

It is normal well it is not so expensive . The fee for first year bachelor in financial market is around 23000 compared to other colleges. It is high but we get more facility to focus on our studies and we also get all outdoor as well as indoor games and other programs which helps us to improve overall knowledge comparing the fees it is not expensive.

Our college students are very frank and can be make friends easily and the senior students helps the junior whenever it is needed. My personal experience is that my one friend get a part time job in the company that the senior friend is working currently.

My faculty at the college was also nice and there was a good relationship between us not only as teacher and student but like a family.They are the building blocks of our life and thank god for giving such a good faculty .

MHT-CET-114. I could get a good engineering college near by locality from my hometown. Also I could weekly give visit to my hometown.Also the college is reputed college offering good placements.

Placement in my college is not up to the mark. In my batch, out of 400 students only 20-25 were placed as the college was unable to lure companies for recruitment.Major recruiters included TCS, Shreeram Finance, IBM, Odessa Technologies and L&T Infotech. I was personally placed in L&T Infotech, but sadly i was the only one selected from my college.The Maximum package offered to us was 3.45 Lacs per annum.

The faculty of my college was very laureate, and well behaved. They had great grasp over their subjects and knew how to transfer their knowledge to the students. There was one issue though. Teachers focused on the marks of the students rather than enhancing their practical skills. Not all but some teachers really were marks oriented.

The college arranged cultural and technical festival every year, which was only for the college students. Also annual day used to be held every year. Only once a technical event held by IISc, Banglore was hosted which had students from nearby colleges too.

The college did not provide any internship. The students had to arrange for an internship themselves and the college just gave their approval for it, that too was just approved during the winter and summer vacations and not during the course time.

During that internship is very less.Some only got such benifits .Amount varied between 6k to 10 K.Normally these internship came via private org for good performers and their family income is low.

Placement was very low during that period. For Mechanical Only TVS electronics vististed and selected 2 among the 42. For that 2 itself, there is is 2 -3 different interviews at different places.

As it is an old curriculum, which doesn't contain recent technologies, not even useful for an industry standard. Curriculum should be revised, Most of the courses are unknown to the lecturers who are teaching us, they are only learning it from the reference books a day or two before and teaching us, to frank dumping it in our minds.

AIEEE(IIT MAINS) I have joined in this college, because compared to other NIT's it is near to my home. As it is a newly established college we didn't get any facilities, no proper infrastructure, mostly temporary faculty.But self learning was enabled, and a few good faculty who guided us.

Faculty of my college is very good.Some professors are a bit harsh but that's okay.Our principal and HOD both are very nice. They make sure our syllabus is done long before exams so we have time to study.

Our college organizes an industrial visit at the end of every semester and takes us to various places. We have a dandia night in college, dj, ganpati pooja. Gender ratio is balanced.

The course curriculum was quite tough. But with good studies anyone can crack the exam I will be a rich person so I gave the exam. Everyone who wants to be rich gets to IIT because we get a good salary if we get a good job.

The alumni give a lot of donations to the college and they help us to be better people. In the future if I will be alumni I will also give a lot of donations as whatever I will earn will be because of IIT.

It was really good and i did project on mechatronics and was well appreciated by the outside people who visited the project exhibition. It was wonderful exp doing this project during my internship.

There were many companies who liked to recruit the student the companies were actually the biggest in market. Experience of doing internship for the first time in life was far more than i was thought. It help us to learn and to gain more knowledge about our future.

College provide scholarship to the students who is briliant and who want to achieve with the help of the scholarship. The government of india has offerd every year a scholarship which is far enough amount to any person. Loans i have no idea

Wonderful, I got placed on the 5th day in Wipro Tech with salary structure of 3.25. Current placement is wonderful, I saw news that 6000+ student got placed in 4 company on day 1 in current year.

Almuni network is not good. As college dont have alumni meet and all. I would advice managment to plan for alumni meet every 2 years. It will help lot to current students as well.

Best in all way. This college has changed my life as how I was and how I have been transformed myself to lead a successful life. There main motive is to let the students understand the values of life with the course we have taken in part. They have there motto the "DASOHA" which means knowledge for life.

We usually celebrate events like Avirat, or like the fashionista show. We mainly focus ourselves in making an event which should make an social cause or awareness in the guys regarding social values of life.

The campus has very friendly environment. It was a green and lush campus with lot of trees around. Lab facilities of CVR college was at top class. Though we have all facilities like different grounds for different games and an auditorium which we used to use for indore games, college used to focus more on studies than sports.

Most of the faculty were Phd holders. CVR used to recruit as per the AICTI norms. They were well experienced and supportive. Unline other college faculty CVR faculty feel students as their responsibility. Especially the HODs in CVR college used to take responsibility in each and every aspect of students life.

The curriculum is purely mechanical based and also 1st year is same for all branches. Mechanical is a stream where we need to have information about other streams also like electronics. Subjects like maths and fmm and tom are very easy subjects if you study seriously.

The faculty of my college is very helpful and well qualified. All the topics are covered in the class and we have an indepth discussion on it.Our professors are very experienced and are able to clear any doubts asked them.

I have been a self employed student even during the course period. As the Director of zofia learning and development solution pvt ltd. I got placed as a qualified person to be in charge of Youth and families related interventions.

TISS ENTRANCE. Masters in International Family Studies course I undertook, was for my development and to contribute to society at large. Very effective interview and easy well guided admission process it entailed.
