I got admission after consulting many aluminis of the college and everyone had the same opinion that the college life there is awesome. After college we also get mails and calls from juniors on how to perform and survive.

The campus life is awesome with the faculty and staff being very friendly. the extracurricular activities are given special attention to give the students a taste of outside world and the challenges we have to face.

Course curriculum are good and I have completed my graduation in electronics and telecommunication with 69 percentage. It was good experience during college I have learn lot off thing which I am using daily life.

We have celebrated lot of event in our college. Its great experience during that event we have learn lot of thing from that event. Participation of student are much more than expected each time.

Placement started in 6th semester, but initially software companies arrived like TCS, Infosys. They hired in bulk even mechanical engineering student applied and got selected later in semester 7, core industries started hiring on and off campus package was in the range 2 to 6 lakhs in 2009.

It 2009 it was like 30000 per semester which was inclusive of all the expenses except bus transport now it has increased and it is very expensive how ever comparative analysis is not ready with me.

We had internship in all the semesters which will give you a good experience and confidence before you get in to a job after finishing the course. You also have to submit a project report after finishing your internship. You can do your last internship in the company where you get a job and final year project will be evaluated by an external examiner from the university.

Course has the same subject MBA covers like Marketing, HR, Organizational behavior, Accountancy, Economic, Corporate communication, Research methodology with some ass on tourism subjects like Culture, Arts and Aesthetics, Tourism.

Well Seniors are the seniors. But in our college we have them respect and call them Sir/Mam as our college is Technical Institute and we have to go to the technical areas in which we have the good communications to our the seniors. Well our senior are very helpful, provide every help in the academics as well as cultural things.

College provides the letter to various industry in which students can do their internship and many govt. offices also provides the internship to the students only the letter given by the college authority and Stipend is only offered for the meritorious students only.

Intern ship was not good, because I did not get a real help hand from anybody. Our seniors were very much selfish minded they always tried to demoralise us. Frequent analytical session was not there. I and my team of 4 we did all the initiatives for us without taking any assistance from others no stipend by the way.

We had annual sports every year during Dec in all festivals like Ganesh chaturthi and Saraswati puja college was conducting cultural programmes. Very often renowned Bollywood singers were invited to entertain students. Most popular show was Dramas that "Theatre show" where we students were acting with the script.

Internship is about 6 montns to in yeat depending on the degree of qualification no stypend provided by the college only we can gain exprtince by attending seminars lectures and cde and cme programmes conductrd by various branches.

Our faculty members r very kind to us they gave us nice coaching our practical knowledge also going well but now it was changed a lot coaching was fine but practical knowledge somehow poor compared.

As I had mention that I am in first year I have not eligible for the internship but asking from seniors states that internship of college is not so good but they even send the most of students for intership for better experience.

There many events like robot fight, knowledge minia and many other minia's were held time to time in the college. Last was taken by Microsoft company and the also provide the he certificate issue by microsoft.

The list of events celebrated are College day .Its celebrated on a very large scale. Sports Day : Goes on for several days and various competition are held. Symposiums : Every department organizes their own symposiums .

The placement of the college is worst . Only the BPO's do come for campus selection . But the students with good academic through out may be taken to some other colleges for placement .

In engineering no mandetory internship was there. Students has to do training in there respective fields. Two training programs were there. first was in third year as minor training and second was major training in final year. I have done my training in Airtel as I was telecomm student.

Alumini network is not so good. Senior students are very helping, After college also they help as much as they can. During engineering they used to help for study or even general things.

Course curriculum same as other engineering colleges have for mechanical engineering like all first year subject are same for all branch,then from 2nd year all core study was started like all mechanical design,Energy conversion related subject. In final year we have to choose elective subject,but in out college everyone has to choose automobile engineering as they have professor to teach only this subject.

Our college internship also need to be arranged by ourselves,no person from college help to get in any industry. We don't get any stipend for college internship experience.I have done my internship at ordnance factory varangaon in tool room section,all ordnance staff and my instructor helped me lot to get all knowledge of all respective department.

After completing my 12 the grade I was quite sure to avoid engineering and medical science courses since it is been opted out of choice by many of the students and their parents. I was looking forward to do something different that would help he society and myself. Then one of my adivisors suggested about the course psychology and its overwhelming needs uses to the people. Then the process of searching for the colleges came. Heard about ethiraj college quite a number of times and the course was available in there. Psychology is a rare course and it is been provided only in few college or universities. Finally ethiraj college topped my list and I chose it.

The odd semesters (1,3,5) has interdepartmental events which is named as arambh and maithri one cannot miss these events since it is happening on the large scale events as folk western and fusion dance are the most desired by everyone adzap, mime, singing solo karaoke are the on stage events off stage events are eurekha, t shirt designing, face painting photo stories, creative writing etc in general aarambh is for 1 years and the mathiri for the rest to make the events known to everyone on the other hand even semester has inter college cultural which facilitates for each and every college students .

Fee is a little bit expensive. It is approx Rs. 10 lacs for 5 years of B.Arch. All over including all expenses it gets high sometimes. But it is less than the other colleges in this city.

NIIMS has one of the best team of faculty members in Jaipur. The faculty members are helpful. They took care of each and every student. They stand with them and do the needful.

Yes this is what we missed in our college life mainly this things doesn't entertain in our college so I think campus life is okay not good it's just okay and comming to extracurricular activities no proper functions or nothin if so we as a students just should come and celebrate and go home that's it

Yes this is quite important for students over all we should say means our college doesn't have any proper entertainment and it's worst they don't even entertain sports students nothin as this to tell over all DSI is worst in college events

No of companies come in our college like accenture,tcs, indian army etc and they select no of student in this year 160 student selected from all the stream and they got good package and maximum package is 4.5 lakh.

Through JEE MAIN i score 105 and i opt this college because I don't get mechanical stream in good government.College that why i opt this good private college which is near to my house.

Gender ratio : 5boys:1 girl, Hostel parties : alowed cultural socities and tolerence programme and management everything was fine. All are managed well. Politics and economical difference are found as highs and low. Politics between students are at full craze.

They are looting student. At the time of admission they promise you that they will never increase your fee and the reality is that per semester they will increase their fee and if you refuse to pay they will not allow you to seat in examination hall.

I don't have any idea related to scholarship / loan facility offered by college that know of or availed. But as per government scheme If parents annual income was less than 1 Lac than there is no tuition fees that college will help for the same.

Campus life was really very good, everything was provided from college. There was 2 very big ground one for football and the another one for cricket. And one ground for athletics event, which was organized every year basis from college.

Affordable. This college is not so expensive it is easy for the middle class family to educate their sons and daughter in such a good college which gives good knowledge and better placement. And also it is not so costly for middle class family to educate in this college.

With lot of fun. There is a technical level paper presentation which is conducted under IEEE. The college has got the membership of IEEE.,which helps the students to explore their technical knowledge. It is a better plateform for the students to explore themselves.

Mec encourages its students for summer internship so that they can understand the dynamics of the industry and the latest trends. It also helps in moulding them to be a better professional. This year mec has witnessed some best-known names from both the indian as well as the international it world, giving its students a good number of choices in securing their summer internships.Summer internship procedure the placement office contacts the companies for the summer internship.The placement office sends in the interested students resumes (company/institute format) to the companies.The companies send in the short list of students to the placement office. a mutually convenient date is fixed for conducting the selection process. if the companies desire a spt (summer placement talk), the same can be arranged for prior to the recruitment process.The interested companies conduct the summer internship recruitment process at mec campus. after the selection process, companies announce the list of selected candidates on the campus itself.Companies, unable to visit the campus can select the students on the basis of student resumes,telephonic interviews or/ and on-site interview.

Government model engineering college is a technical institute which is affiliated to the all india council of technical education and is located in a 14-acre (57,000 m2) campus near the city of kochi at thrikkakara, 12 km from the heart of the city. "Ignite" is the event name which held every year in January or February. It occur for 2 days. Events like c, c++, java programing and code debugging, Treasure Hunt, Project Presentation and many local games held within 2 Days. Also college provide Food for participants.

Faculty response was always positive and kind to me and all other students. They always ready to help students and also schedule seminars according to new technologies come in market so students aware new technologies and choose career according to current scenario.
