We have 3 important fest technical fest IGNITECultural fest. UURJAIBM weekThese are for all the branches based on the interest of students these are to show students hidden talents and skills the events during these fest are sponsored by different organisations certificates are also provided to all the students participating from various colleges.

Summer internship are mandatory for all students. The minimum duration of it is 8 weeks to maximum of 6 months all students are required to make a presentation and submit the project at the end of their internship companies are branch related, well in my case there are maruti, mahendra, etc.

Internship is not provided in B.Tech. Only M.Tech students are given a stipend for being a Teachers Assistant. It was 8k per month that time. TA's job includes assisting Professor in most of the aspects like taking Lab of B.Tech students, examining Class Tests.

Every year, we have a Fest "Effervescence" which is celebrated in Autumn Season. It is a 5 Day Fest which has all Cultural, Technical, Sports, Gaming Competitions. Lot of students from outside colleges participate.

Overall I would say that Raisoni is the best institute for Engineering its placement, syllabus, exam, fast results, Activities , workshops all all such things make the institute as the best institute of our City. If any student ask me about college to take in admission then I would suggest RAISONI. Our director maintain the standard of the college with their hard work. Overall Raisoni is a manufacturer of creative and Talented enginewers. I have a special emotions with this college as I have spend some best moments of my life.

College have almost equal numbers of boys and girls raisoni is best at its campus life they have various extracurricular activities .We have separate subject namely GENERAL PROFFICIENCY in which they teach you other than normal subject they teach you about Communication skills, interview skills, Reading skills etc every departments organise its own workshops and Guest lectures under which they bring experianced faculties from NITs and IITs to have interaction with students the Main thing obout this college is that there is not a single space for ragging from last 3 years until now,I have never heard that a perticular student is ragged by seniors at the starting of each semister students organise the party in Five star hotel, where they enjoy a lot.

Campus life is very awesome Students get to share new experience n much more Free to move Free to speak. Having colege in campus is a dream of every student. Every type of crowd you can see here from lower caste to upper caste from rich to poor.

Yes exam wew held in a systematic manner. With proper guidence and under the college faculty supervision. Propers 3 hrs exam were held. And each students were alloted a separeate seats with a proper roll number as per records.

Course curriculum was very nice and everything goes according to the need of students. Delhi university is one of the top university of india and its faculty is well trained and and well educated and wise enough to teach us. Shyamlal college faculty was not that good as another colleges of delhi university but they teach us really well and many of them has written books which are applicable in many colleges many of them are awarded outside india so overall faculty is well. Arts teachers are very good and standard of college and faculty is not that high but it is well if you are looking for an decent DU college for under graduation.

Placements are provided but it is provided to very few students who deserves more and who achieves more marks in the examinations and if a student is well skilles placement is done according to need of the students. Job opportunities in commerce background is more than any other streams. So opportunity is very high to get a job and a well skilled student has high opportunity to get placement. 100-200 around placedaccounting related companies came to our college package was around 2 lakh.

Campus life is very nicethe best part of our college is sportstraining and coaches are available for each sportand ground is decent enough for playing any sports so many sports event is organised like hockey match, cricket match etc.lab of computer is very nice high speed wifi is always on in our college and laptop is provided so you can access internet at free of costtheir are many competitions are organised such as debates, dance, writing, painting etcgender ratio is not equal you can say 3:7 3 girls and 7 boysworkshops are provided for each feilds cultural soceities are available and their is no bad things like race biasness or politics and gender discrimination or any political or econimical problms. These factors are never seen in my college so it is nice for a well environment.

If we talk about events celebrated so this is the best part of college and this universityall kind of activities and festivals are celebrated in shyamlal college and in our university there are so many fests are organised in which celebrity comes like bollywood actors singers an yearly festival is organised which name is antardhwaniin this each departments performs and participates like cultural dancetechnical show nukkad naatak, music contestseven foreign students participated in that festival, if we talk about sports than our college is also very goodeach sports match is organised and special training is available for students. Management is very nice and police security is also provided if its necessary to handle the crowd and many students participates in all activities.

"Course fee is nominal and as per Delhi University standards. They don't take out many bucks from your pocket.Course fee really depends on the course you choose. For Electronics, when I joined, the fees was about 4000 Rs. per annum.For other courses like Computer honours, the fees would be around 20K per annum I believe.

The exams happens twice every year. There is a mid term exam for electronics which really prepares you for the final exam. Please not the mid term exam is not a semester exam but this exam is just for assessment purpose.The exam structure is very good and gives you ample time for preparation.

As i got the admission in fee waiver system so it was not so difficult for me to pay the fee my fee for 1 semester is only 13000 rs i mostly liked this facility of fee waiver system in college my friend had got admission by paying 50000 rs per semester so i was lucky that i got this fee scheme which make me sure to take admission in this college.

About my college , i think there is only one bad thing about the college that they make very much holidays due to which we cant able to cover our syllabus for exams rest of all the things are very good our college management and principle sir are very aggressive and helpful as they support students in every issue raised in college.

We used to have 3 internals in each semestar. We were so casual in internals but able to clear all the tests of internals.we used to have 100 marks out of which semester is of 70 marks and 3 internals each of 10 marks. Although we used to chillout for internals,we were very serious for semestar. Labs were started after 1 st year,sometimes it made our schedule so hectic because 75 percent attendance was compulsory after 1st year.

I did clear odisha joint entrance examination(OJEE) in 2010.I got a rank of 2000.Before joining this college ,i had applied for CET,VSSUT and IGIT sarang.My priority was to be joined in any govt college and i had applied for mechanical and electrical branch .After councelling i got PMEC in electrical branch and i had decided to join the college as its just 11km from my resident.

Great thing is Youth Fest. That was a Biggest Festival in our College. Conducted in two days. Having Lots of fun. And we comrade in those days. Stalls are placed around the campus. Every branch should take care of about any one stall.

My College has placement options. But They Are not Impressive. We have less Companies Like Tech Mahindra,TCS,Infosys. Since two years TCS and Infosys Are closed their agreement. So we lost those Companies at our Academic duration.

Most of the college events that happened were cultural. A lot of college events were organized in the college, but I was not such a guy, who took part in a lot of them, since I was not good at dancing and drama. I usually avoided them. However, I usually took part in singing competitions since i was good at that. Actually , I won runner up once. Overall our college was famous for organizing such activities.

The seniors in our college were very helpful and supportive .first of all due to lack of communication and age gaph I was fearful from them, but after passage of time and involvement with them in the cultural and sports activities, I came closer to them and realiSed how helpful and supportive were they. They treated all of us like their younger brothets and sisters and took care of us and guided us alot.

There are many companies comes in short time of i took admission in college even on from 3rd semester companies has started coming for the requirement in my college for MBA students and my self and many students in MBA batch got selected and different companies and the experience is were very great and awesome. Most of companies offer very good packages like 1.2 Lac per anum to 7.2 Lac few of my classmates from different sections or branches got difference packages like i have got selected in PepsiCo as a sales executive and my package is 3.6 Lac per year.

Yes for OBC and SC,ST students gets scholarship which is provided by our state government as for the students who were not able to pay full fess they just have to apply for scholarship in every semester from a special scholarship website of our government and after applying online for scholarship students have to take the hard copy of submitted application to college and then they will complete the further process.

The seniors are really nice and help in every possible manner. Some seniors are really arrogant but then that happens with every college I have seen. The alumnis are placed in good companies and help in placements during the final year.

I did my internships at a leading MNC. It was a no stipend thing. I had to search for internships myself and the placement cell is not active on that part. But everyone ends up getting one do its not an issue at all.

Good thing is they have all the facilities. Campus placement should be improved. College lies in shimoga,a superb place for tourist attraction. College has grown a lot in these years. It all depends upon you. College is place where you will meet lifeime friends and i would like to say this is a good college. Give it a try.

Exams were not under college management. Since it is a VTU university. all the exams were carried out according VTU. Lab exams were plananed in such a way that we get time to prepare for the exams.

Hardly one or two conpany came to hire for mechanical or civil engineers but for electrical engineering or computer science engineering, A lot of comapny come Like HCL, IBM, Cognizant, Infosys, as well as university recruit for their own too average pakage is 2.5- 3 lakh even cognizant recruited 750 students from Electriconics and conputer science engineering.

Selected Through university's own entrance exam admission process go to Visting Office of Lovely Professional University ask the prospectus and admission form fill up admission form and submit take the enternance test on date given by admisson officer if You pass exam submit your fee along with the zerox copy of Required Documents.

Campus of Bhavan's college is huge. There are many extracurricular activites organized in the college. Sports are also organized. Events like Traditional day, Tie day, Rose day and many events are organized.

No Entrance exam needed. As i have done my HSC in Commerce and i was good in accounting so i opted for B.com course. And Bhavan's college is one of the reputed and oldest college in Westen Mumbai.

EAMCET and RCET for fees consecration and good atmosphere. In my college labs are very good via theoretical and practical. Our HOD is very friendly with students. So,if you want join anyone in ongole better to go rise groups.

In my college so much events are there every year freshers party is worked on that day all students and faculty works and share our moments with others on dias.

Not to mention but everyone is aware about gender ratios in engineering colleges. Its basically the same in here as well. This college is situated in a conservative society so you wont find lots of amazing places for fun and enjoyment around you. Yes, the college do have cricket and soccer grouds, indoor games area, gyms and basketball court sort of stuff for them who knows how to enjoy accordingly. There is a strict ban on ragging and i haven't felt any racism sort of things so its a great place after all.

There are a lot of scholarships which a student can avail. Students can apply for all the state based and national scholarships of which they fulfil the elligibility and the college holds a special sessions for the students to help them through the bank loan processes. But i would also say that if you are a student whose domicile is not Maharashtra, you will get limited scholarships which are national level and is applicable in your domicile state.

Campus life is good only one bad thing is we are not suppose go out during college time. Gender ratio is 90 males per 100 females. We have clubs like Red cross, IT club, Science club etc for extracurricular activities. Each of them conduct activities like debates, best personality and all. Participation of males dominates over females.

Until today more than thousands of students get placed in various companies. Companies like wipro, Infosys, TCS are offering full time job with salary package of 15500/-,18000/- and 18000/- respectively. Wipro have a great package which is offering M.tech along with job and salaryof 13500/-. And I think its a great deal.

The current curriculum of BCA course is better than before but it is still not in tandem with the current scenario. IT sector is one field which is changing at rapid speed because of which post hiring we have to necessarily train the graduates for the on-job skills. Over the years we have seen that at least 30%- 40% of the graduates are such that they lack basic intelligence and are hence unemployable.

College faculties are good. College is located at an awsome infrastructure which is surrounded with greeny feilds.Which allows a good atmosphere for studies. College provide library, computer labs, smart classes etc.
