Many companies come and making placements from college like Reliance, Airtel, some insurance companies, etc Around 90% placements are arranged every year. the remaining 10% are those who are not interested in working or are aiming for higher education.

The campus life is one of the best you can find. The hostel celebrates every little festival with jest. Campus has a very strict Anti-Ragging policy that actually is followed by the students. Education at Amity is an all round education, with different clubs and activities, like Acting Club, Photography Club and an on-campus Radio Station.

I haven't had the chance to go for an internship yet as I am in the 1st year. But from what I hear, the college offers great internships. They list of places they send is pretty long. Even though I am not much aware of other faculties, journalism students do get sent to good media houses.

Every year there was a college fest "geethayanna" it is to be for 3days the celebration bof fest would be started before one month itself many activities will be conducted such as cricket,badminton,kho kho, singing, dancing,throw ball and lot more will be conductedthe students will have an opportunity to explore other curricular activities by participating in the events.

Gender ratio in mechanical and civil boys are more compare to girls. Student parties are not given permission. Workshop is available with roof work shop is good for mechanical. But not good for automobie, there is no tolerance regards to gender. There is robotics competition which is to good.

My college is 4-5 year old and placement comes only in computer field, Not in other field, There is no job opportunity for any students i think. Not even 1 company come for placement. They only email about jobs available at industries.

Fest of our college is awsome one of our event is anandyanta many cultural, technical event took place it is a 3 day fest in which many events occur students of other college participate in these events make this fest quite successful famous rockband used to come on 3rd day of the fest last time hier and maiden came to our college.

Placement in our college is gud many MNC came to our college like yahoo,Microsoft, IBM, TCS, capgemini, L & T, Cisco, Indian army, Dell, HP, hcl, cognizant etc almost cs and ece department student got placed in these company for mechanical and civil few companies came so its difficult for them to get placed in companies.

GATE - 99.8% in mechanical engineeringHad to face interview at my time. Its has a world ranking with good competition. Overall, I like the way the courses are taught. Who don't wanna be IITian.

Boys are more as compared to girls but ratio is almost same, Dorm Parties are good and they keep the work on. workshops and cultural society is the best part of our college. Student diversity and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status are well maintained as rules and regulations are followed by all students and they are civilized.

I love the college campus and all the faculties who are tought me and support me in every field or subject. There is a special cell for placement & job opportunities headed by some experienced and veteran faculty. They do able to attract good chunk of companies in our college for placements. Placement percentage was arround 80-90% for every stream/branch. Civil and engineering mechanical engineering always mustered arround 100% of placements. So overall placement and jobs cell is always much concerned about placement yes they take it seriously.

Joint entrance test, i was interested in electrical engineering so i decided to go with it. I got around 6400 rank in JET, so i got admission in electrical engineering easily as in 2007 most students were opting for computer engineering and information tech. streams. At that time no interview were conducted. Admission was solely done according to the rank counselling.

Our college doesn't provide any internship. Most often this will be in the second or third year of the school period. The placement can be from 2 months to one full school year. During this period, the student is expected to use the things he/she has learned in school and put them into practice. This way the student gains work experience in their field of study. We have 3 seasons of Placement Drive in our college. About 100+ Students are placed in an apex companies. Season 2 is given for service based companies. About 90% of students are placed every year according to the statistics given by the college. Many softskill,Communication skill & analytical skill classes are provided for students.

Actually mine was first batch so we were the juniors and seniors and the lecturers were also very friendly network to discuss in my time but recently i come to know that there are many internal helpful network teams are raised to help the juniors against ragging, to pass on the helpful information for the new joinees in case of doubts in scholarships,exams,events.

Yearly annual functions will be done, sometimes movie audio functions are also done with tollywood celebrities science fairs will be also be scheduled for every year inviting other college participants so lot of events will be there to have fun regular independence day, Republic day celebrations will also be done.

Placement is very good. 10 out of 8 to 9 candidates gets placed. I got placed in wipro on campus interview. Average salary offered is 3.5lacs p.a. Companies like,Bosch,Wipro,TCS/Infosys,Mindtree, Hcl And many more MNC companies visit to conduct placement drives.

The Placement options were good as I had seen Kiosks in the campus. Never enquired any though were busy studing I guess!! Have heard that many of the students were selected for big name companies. I didn't try my friends didnt tey either were concentrated too much in the books.

Awesome, those years were just awesome gender equality has always been there race and religion was always respected but in a right manner. All the festivals were a Celebration. Workshops were put every now and then the festives and events were a Daily part of our college life.

My college don't had any kind of placement professionals in placement cell.They won't guide you even for pool campus etc. My company will bring fake companies to our college. Even I got placed in Finite Infotech company which is a software company with package of 1.8 Lakh per Annum. But I worked for 1.5 years in that company but not got salary a single penny. After 1.5 years company closed.

All the labs are well equipped with all motors and all but the practical knowledge will not get much. The process will be explained but purpose was not taught. If you prepare your own you can get the knowledge. I had prepared my self by going and attending seminars,Presenting Paper Presentation and Participating in Technical Quiz etc.
