As i have chosen B.Sc. (Microbiology) in REVA University the yearly fees for it is around 85,000 rupees during the admission i had paid 500 rupees as registration fee. We get two installment payment system where the student is supposed to pay half price of the fees that is 42,500 rupees and later once the classes starts the student has time of 30 days to pay the next half fees if failed to do so the student fees is added by extra penalties that is 300 rupees per day for first 10 days later it gets increased to 500 rupees per day. Their is common entrance exam known as REVA CET in which if we qualify we would get an discount of around 10,000 rupees. Once u have claimed the discount in the first year than for the next two years you can again claim the discount if you get CGPA above 9 and maintain the attendance above 85%. As you complete 1 year in this University you are supposed to pay 350 rupees as common lab breakage fees ( even if you have not damaged anything in lab etc.). Every year you are supposed to pay 3000 rupees as exam application fees, so for 3 years it adds around 9000 rupees to your fees. So the final fees for three years of B.Sc. course is around 2,65,000 rupees. Thanking You
In whole of the campus there are around 1000 to 1100 faculties incuding both teaching and non teaching staff. The teachers out there are very productive, skilled, interactive etc. There are many faculties whom i like and there are many who i dont like, i think it would be better if it is kept confidential. Now coming on tp the exam structure, we have semester system for each semester we have 3 exams IA-1, IA-2 and SEE ( Semester end exam). We have 6 subjects in which 3 are hard core, 2 are soft core and one is launguage. The hard core subjects and launguage are three credits subjects where as the soft core is 1 credit subject. The hard core subjects are for 100 marks (where the SEE exam paper is for 100 marks which is later scaled down to 60 marks and for the rest 40 marks the student should write both IA 1 and 2 where in IA the papers are for 30 marks which is scaled down to 10 marks and the rest 20 marks are from the assignment and presentation that the student is supposed to give in his semester). So the total marks are 60+20+20=100.
Faculty to student ratio is 1:80. Faculties are approachable and mostly friendly Madhavi Vishnu Madam carries a friendly and productive vibe throughout her lectures and even the long lectures don't feel tiring Himanshu Rai Goyal he's an egoist and isn't approachable he'll Roast you over the smallest of things, he told us to switch off our phones before he comes to the class or he'll take them away and we'll need to call our parents to take it back They're our 2 exams in a semester mid sem and end sem the difficulty level is 6/10 and a small amount of students fail to clear it Curriculum is fairly relevant as they're working on your hard and soft skills but they do lack to keep up with the current technologies
Grafest is the main annual event of our university and all the big stars come and perform in it namely Badshah, Mohit Chauhan etc and technical events are held monthly by the student societies Accessibility of books is good Facilities are good but outdated and the Wifi is bad Sports and extracurriculars activities offered are good but cramped up due to the huge student intake They're mainly Student Run societies or club and all the events are organised by them they're good as they help the students meet people with the same interests and help other in their goals plus it counters loneliness

The year wise fees i am paying is 75000 this is my hostel fees only. The college fees is paid by the government.
The teacher-student relationship is very nice. The faculty members are very understandable. The best one is our HOD mam. She is very strict regarding uniform and other things but she is also kind and helpful. She also look after the students that they are not facing any of the difficulties. I didn't like the faculty of UI/UX . She never responds to students messages. We come to know that there are 2 semester exams and 2 internal test exam. As I am a 1st year student we haven't give the exam yet so I can't tell the difficulty level.
Students started getting placed from 3rd year onwards. Get placed in companies like TCS etc. The highest package from our college is 1200000 and the lowest package is 300000. 80% students get placement offers based on skill and other 20% student who didn't got the placement apply separately in companies. After completion of my 4 years degree I am going for my higher education.
There are many clubs in this college. Each and every interest of student has one club. One such club is KALAKARI that is cultural club of the college. Clubs like tourism club, cultural club is there. And for core clubs like IEEE is there. Classrooms are provided with Smart Boards and projectors which is quite modern that white board. Ventilation in some classes is not proper like classes in basement. In such classes portable AC's which works decently.
Most of the Faculties provide Soft notes which is helpful before exmas. In our department , there are total 6 teachers and students are 12 . Here faculty and students relationship are very well , they teach everything in very well . Subhas sir is my best teacher in my department because he teach very clearly every cancepts as compared to others faculty.Shudhansu sir and Bal Krishna sir both are sometimes not discuss clearly , so i do not like this .here , taken 2 quize exam , 1 med sem and 1 end in each semester, and one semester is completed in 4 months . in our department , there are not failed any students.
The relationship between student and faculty is completely depends on individual, some faculty will be cool and chill but few will be strict and hard but it doesn't matter unless you want to break the rules personally overall I've experienced the good faculty so far and the exam structure is you have to write 2 mid-semester exams CAT-1&2 after that you have to write FAT the final semester exam and the marking scheme will be considering overall as 100 CAT1&2 will be shortened to 30 from 100 (combined 15+15) FAT will be shortened to 40 from 100 and the rest are internals like Quiz, assignments, projects
The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects
• As I am in FY so till now event has been organised but as I have some senior friends they informed me events are organised is even semester like sports event and other events • High range of books are available in library and also they have give every student E-library website so every student can access it from any where • Few class have AC option but every class have screen speakers and good light source • Extracurricular activities like yoga, foreign language club , adventure club, and such 40+ club are there for students and also sports and NCC activities are held • Students from college having group on that every department group is different and particular departments message is delivered to students
• Faculty is very friendly with students and do not give any burden on the students • Dr. R J KAMBLE sir is liked faculty because he is very friendly and teaching quality is best also Pravin Desai sir teaching best in easy language • There is no such faculty disliked by me and also other students • There is ISE 1 and ISE 2, MSE and ESE. As I am in FY my only ISE1 and MSE has over and as I have studied paper was easy for me and for some students paper was average. But yes everyone passed with good marks no one was failed. In course we are learning at all new syllabus which necessary in today's and upcoming years.

My campus life is very funny, enjoyable and nice because of many friends become together so in many events manage by friends and me . So extracurricular activities is also very very best offer by the college like cricket, basketball ????
There are various events, fest are held in my college like guruparv , holi , gaming like badminton, treasure hunt etc. Various clubs are also made in which students are participate accordingly their interest. Library of thus college is not too much good having very less space and not well ventilated ..but mostly books are available in library .. Dpsru has NSS group in which i am member of this group
Faculties of BMLT course are very nice !! They help us in every situation ..they personally help tha student if required. Mr.subodh sir teach biomedical instrumentation i like them because they understand tha student . Per year has 2 semester in which 2minor (unit test )exams also held..minor exam are easy but semester exam are quit different but the exam are coming completely from syllabus
Well, the subjects of applied sciences always fascinates me as it has power to solve real life problems. Molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, microbiology, biochemistry are all relevant subjects and they are included in this course. Also the research methodology, nanotechnology also included in our course which has ability to solve real world problems. Areas we need to improve is it's practical knowledge they are mostly theory based we need to focus on hands- on training and improving practical skills of students. Course must have practical approach not theoretical approach only! Well exams are not so difficult as our senior suggest because there has been only 2 years that NEP introduced in our syllabus so we are little anxious. But we have enough time to prepare for exams.
Well this is my first semester so I don't have much experience but, teachers are overall good they are lacking somewhere but overall performance is good.On early days they are so much punctual but as days pass they are little insensitive. There are 5-6 teachers of different subjects over 22 students in a single class, teachers are not so available for students we need to do more efforts. I like few teachers because they are so punctual and teaches well. In my area Prof. Dewvrat Begde is best. Rita Lakakkul ma'am is also there who is good mentor. We are exams per semester, from our senior we know it's easy to pass but difficult to top the exams. 2 out of 22 failed in exams. Course curriculum is relevant as far as the subject is concerned.

In our college, any kind of annual festival is celebrated by the students themselves unless it's officially organized by the college. For example, we recently celebrated Diwali in October. Our college library has many very old books, but there's a significant shortage of new, modern books. The existing books are mostly high-level texts used by the professors. If any sports or games are organized on the college grounds, we students do it ourselves; it's not organized by the college. We only get permission from the college, nothing more.
The faculty to student ratio is about 1:40 and most of the faculty member are very supportive especially talking about my favourite one is Sayali mam teaching Data analyst she insisted not just only on learning but implementing and as she is our class teacher so she is very supportive and we can ask and discuss any problem to her . There are total 2 exams mid semester and end semester in which half of the paper are online based and calculus has offline paper
In fourth year like before end semester most of the students are employable. The highest package as of now (2024-2025) is 51LPA offered by UBER and many companies visit like Capgemini , Wipro etc and NVIDIA too came for some year .

Spardha and aura the two major events which will be taking place in the month of November. One is the sports event (spardha) and the other one is cultural event ( aura) . You can only take two books at a time and within 10days either you've to reissue it or return otherwise 1 rupees per day is the fine per book . One projector is there in the classroom which also sometimes doesn't work properly and starts lagging. You have a ground you can play football , cricket , basketball, table tennis. , badminton, volley ball . Yes there are various coding , non coding clubs in the college. Some are hacker earth, coding ninjas, mindspark , ieee student chapter,
Faculties to students ratio is like 1:70 . They are not much approachable but some are. Chithra mam , electrical engineering teacher is a good person. She teaches well , the only faculty i liked yet. Valarmathi mam the mathematics teacher, she only knows what she teach. Maths needs good teachers. Exams are outdated syllabus they follow , those chemistry and all , which is not required in any way for a computer Science student. Curriculum need to be changed. College is not autonomous. VTU is bad.
