Around 20%1 is teacher student ration in our college.facility are easily approachable to our students but on only sheduled time.i like my english mam bushra miftah mam .she is very nice to student.i like every one dont dislike anyone.exam in our college mid difficult.

Placement in our mechanical branch is too good as compare to other college.i want to learn mechanical emgine because i love machine studying and its functions.machines are very old in our colleges it needs to be updated.frequency is good in our college of exams

The faculty of the college are really awesome. The knowledge and there way of teaching is really amazing. The examination structure is good as they take exam on time and give the tesult on time.Tglhe courses are also in the well structured manner.

The placement in the computer Science and engineering is really amazing as tge average package is 15-16 lakhs per annum and the placement in other stream is also good. The overall average package is good of my college.

Scholarships: Merit Cum Means scholarship: Students whose family income is less than 6,00,000 and maintain an CGPA of greater than 7.0 are eligible for this scholarship, where tuition fees is reumbursed and a monthly allowance of 1000 is paid for the whole year. (Students once applied in the first year need to apply for renewal every year once the scholarship portal opens)

On campus internships are conducted for prefinal year students. Many big tech companies do visit and offer a good stipend. One needs to work hard to get an on campus internship. Most companies allow students of all the branches to sit for tests

There are many events every year like tashan nights,cu fest and many more there are many libraries which are great like d6 campus library is very good and nice ambience The facilities like fans and projector is available the sports is also a good thing in this university as they provide many sports opportunities

As there is different different fee structure for every course if there any partical subject then around 100-200 ruppes extra charge and there is university scholarship available there is no other addmission fee lab fee development fee here you have to pay once a year your fee and after that 2 time when you fill examination form there is different examination fees which taken by university around 1000-1500

Too sweet relationship between students and teachers.... teachers motivate you guide you they don't demotivate you they always help even after college time geography department wass besttt they feel like family There history department is quite bad they don't listen any one There are only one internal test(12marks)and last sem end exam (90marks) and 1assignment (12marks) Attendance (6marks)

The course and curriculum of the university are very good and related to real world applications. The university design very effective course which is also used in future and further studies.but need to improve some topics in the course.

The minimum eligibility for taking admission in my college is you must pass the 12th classes with 60 percent in physics,chemistry and math. And during admission very easy test conducted and the question are related to your previous studies.

The faculty in the college is really good , specially in the CS dept and the ECE dept, regular experiments are carried out in the lab classes , except for the programming one. The faculty to student ratio is pretty good Our college has some of the highly respected ntellectual faculties like Ms Anuradha Tomar(ICE dept), and even more you can simply go and check out the website. The faculties I didn't like was my English faculty ,MsTanushree. She never listened to any of the students demands , like if they were late even by 5 minutes , they were absent for her. Also she used to point out and make fun of most of the students in the class. Also Mr Harshmani Yadav (ECE dept), his pet dialogue is SABKO FAIL KAR DUNGA, he doesn't give marks for the correct ques and says he is ants to set an average by himself by failing this much amount of students. That's really bad . Mr Dashrath Kushwaha (CS Dept) , hee never takes classes , makes the attendance short, and then asks the students to ask their parents to call him to give him the reason behind their absence. Also he gives marks on the basis of presentation only and your class behaviour. Talking about the exams , I had 5 subjects in semester 1 and 6 in semester 2, the first semester (in ICE) is pretty easy , just require some practice in basics of mechanical , while the second was like a horror movie, EDC and ECA, you can definitely score good if you do good practice. Talking about the exam level, this year's paper were more tough than the previous years, but if you have prepared well, it's no issue for you. I had SGPA of 9.0 is sem 1 and 8.83 in sem 2 The course is not most likely related to the present world sceneioes but gives you a glimpse of every branch in the first year only. I a first year student so don't know much about it.

Well the campus can never get you bored. There are so many facilities in the campus itself. For sports , he have a newly built synthetic running track, a dedicated cricket and football ground , 2 basketball courts , 2 volleyball courts , indoor facility of badminton court and table tennis as well. Even the college has a well maintained gym which can be used by the famous students. There are almost 20+ societies or clubs that one can be a part of. Most of them are highly active and regularly participate and organise events in the famous and even in different colleges and universities. Some of them are as JUNOON- the photography soc, MIRAGE- the dance soc, BEBSOCC- the debating soc, ARIES- the robotics soc, ENACTUS, NSS,NCC and many more. Talking about the cultural fests , we have two, one is RESONANZ. It is sort of small fest which is 2 day long, there are many activities which are being organised by the sponsors and the soc in which there are many prizes too. The main fest is MOKSHA, I bet you have heard about it. It is the biggest cultural fest of north India. It is a 3 day long fest. This year in 2025, we had a footfall of around 3lakh students from different colleges. It is all of a different vibe, you will surely love it. This year we had Salim suleman, darshan raval and sunburn DJ as our lineup. This makes it so special. You may even take part in organising the events as it may help you in getting better non tech placements like becoming a coordinator of the event or even the POC.

Fees for the course which i have opted is very reasonable it is 18000 per year, along with this some extra benefits in the reduction of fees is also given to reservation categories. There are certain scholarships are also provided to the student based on the academics, reservation, sports and other fields.

As i already mentioned before that the faculty of my college is actually very nice. They are supportive and approachable. Faculty members are well educated and their teaching methods are also good. The relationship between the students and faculty is open and free.

I am a tech geek I like to work on computer or designing programs . The course was a ladder for my dreams but I come from a middle family and after searching a while I found that it's more suitable for me to study in a government college due to financial condition. They taught us well what was in our syllabus, I think if there were smart classes that should add a plus point in the college after all a course about computer applications and while teaching computers are not included sounds bad . Exams and tests were conducted time to time and as the course ascends exams get quite difficult.

The tution fees was 13600 rupees per semester for everything no extra fees was taken except exam fees that was 2500 rupees per semester, hostels are not provided from the university students have to find accomodation elsewhere and there was no placement offers after the course completion. There is a govt hostel called Devendra chatravas in front of the university but I do not recommend it because there are no rules no caretaker, seniors ragging freshers daily beating them and I was also assaulted by a senior.

The course structure is good but some faculty's way of teaching are not good . They does not notice that what other students are do on Bach banchs. But still some faculty are good and they notice the students and they are serious about aur life

I am not sure to tell about this question because I think that this college has not a good course curriculum in terms of relevant and comprehensive . Teaching methods can be changed because some faculty come write down on board and go

In first year the faculty was great they are really experienced teachers but when we move to our specialization then college have just only subject related to specialization not have proper teacher who have prior knowledge of their domain

The course curriculum prepares for the real time it's labs are also play crucial role in that but when teacher don't know how to take labs that will halt everything but college use to conduct workshop to override that thing

Campus life is good. Although he management is strict there are CMEs and other cultural programs. They have a huge library with varieties od books which can be of great help for voracious readers. The infrastructure is really good. Extracurricular and sports activities are there which probide great relief during he tough times

Yearly fees is 5lakhs for general category.If SC /ST special fee allowance available. Caution deposit is 1lakh. Tutition fee is 3lakh. Registeration fee is 1 lakh. Admission fee is 2 lakh. Development and lab fees is 1 lakh. Malayalam language speaking minority has fee allownace upto 1 lakh.

Total fees is 1451000 INR. Semester wise the install ment fees keeps increasing as follows 145700 for 2 sems 162500 for next 2 sems,179000 for the following 2sems, and 195500 for the last 2 sems plus 82700 INR for other amenities of clg.(Caution money, IT Development, Admission Fees) 232000 INR for Hostel +Mess fees during 8 sems. Integrated MSc has a Tuition +Caution +Admission +IT Dev Fee of 840700 INR. One interesting point i would like to mention is that they provide HP G10 Laptop Ryzen 5 to each student and it is compulsory to accept it. (Its cost is already included in the fees) For SC ST students with good rank in JEE Mains receive upto 100% tuition fee waiver. GP Birla Scholarship is merit based scholarship on basis of CGPA in each semester. It is category wise for all students.

Faculties are pretty good for the most part. Exceptions are always there in each college but others are pretty chill. ECE Dept are the strictest teachers ngl. 2 Quizes are there and 1 Midsem 1 Endsem so its pretty chill out there with examinations. Quizes are conducted by teacher whenever they wish to so it is flexible. Talking about failing the exams, as i said ECE students fail the most coz their subjects are difficult and profs are also strict which make it hard to even clear makeup exams. Course curriculum is not the very updated thing. AIML branch has the most uptodate course coz it is was introduced 3 years ago from 2022. Rest all branches have pretty old curriculum. Marking system is good, Relative Grading has been applied since 2023, which helps passing subjects.

The faculty is so good because they teart us like there children in teaching filed they explain any though concepts becouse they are well experienced in teaching field so they are very well teaching staff to us in this we are very happy to see them

My reason behind choosing this course is my ambition of pharmacy because now a days day to day life there are many problems and diseases so when we learn somthing or should be useful to us so I have been taken this course as a my future options.

All the courses taught were relevant and thoughtfully designed, covering both fundamental and advanced concepts essential for building a strong foundation in the field. It included corr subjects like dsa, operating systems, database management systems, computer networks, and software engineering, which were introduced in a logical sequence to support progressive learning.

Placement is good, every student who tries to get placement will surely be placed in campus placements, but off campus would be difficult as this cllg is a tier-3 cllg, so many companies reject in resume shortlisting. Maximum every CSE student will get placed but max of them would get placed at an offer of 3.5 or 4.5lpa

Overally my college was good at everything we used to conduct fests, farewell, traditional days and all other cultural programmes including seminars and task programmes for students well being. In a overall my college focused on both studies, career development, personal growth and cultural participation

Well while coming to faculty they were great helped all students in exams and they were really strict when they invisilate in a exam hall And even grading system was based on marks and students performance on exam which was strictly followed by all faculty

As i told befor there is avery strong and good bond between teachers and student we touch there feet as per indian manner to take there blessing and we try not to create any difficulties for our clasmates as well as for our teachers.there are like 30 teachers including HOD and our respected principal mam. They take care all 387 students as good they can and i never fell any inconvenience in my collage life. There are 3 faculties for each subject and sometimes we relate with someone and sometimmes we dont beacause is a higer education and each teacher have there own method of teching so i liked 4 teachers each of every subject and they are great at there work. They conduct parcticals very smoothly and as i saw the students also corelate to them. It will disrespectful to not liking any teacher. They are reached this level so sure they have talent but its impossible for a student to relate with every teacher so i dont have any dislikeness for my any teacher. The collage coduct 4 exams per year. 3 are lightweighted ahort 20 mark exam and one hard 100 anuual exam gor students

I paid arround 5000rs for 2 year of higer education study. There are no such tution fee cation fee and lab fee . This collage is mannged by government of odisha . I registered for this collage at 300rs and the admission fee is 4000 for those students who choose to study information technology as ther forth subject.After that i paid 1000rs for my second year of study there is no other hidden fee in between that.If you are a girl or Sc and ST the price deducted arround 4000. There are some batch mates who are SC ST catogory they paid arround 3000 for 1 st year admission fee and then paid 800 for 2nd year.as it is a government operated collage the fees are very low as you can see nad there are hostel benifit for those students who came from far from collage and the hostel fees are also very cheap any one can affort it. There are some scolarship and merit systum for catagory students who were choosen by government.

For law all LLM faculties are there and not just a master's degree but all have in their career have also done law practice and know how Indian legal system works. So, Mahaveer Sir who himself have court room experience and also have a lot of teaching experience simultaneously is my favourite.

Placements for law school are very very low indeed and out of total 180 students not more than 20-30 even get placed. Seminars and top brass are invited to guide students how can they take their career forward but not many direct placements happen.

The B.Tech curriculam at GMIT Kolkata is highly relevant to current industry trends. covering AL/ML, DBMS and Software Engineering. And addition beyond the curriculum in full-stack development and IT skills.

Placement at GMIT kolkata begin from 6th semester. with over 80 companie visiting annually. including TCS,Cocnizant,Accenture,Infosys,and L&T. The highest package is Rs.12 LPA. avarage package is 3.5LPA.
