The course curriculum for this college has little different from other colleges in some aspects such as timetable, conducting Examination, grading and many more. Coming to Time table, it will be of slots. For example morning has theory classes and afternoon has lab classes simultaneously. In the point of examination There will be total of 3 examinations to complete one semester they are CAT1 which stands for Continous Assessment Test, CAT2 and FAT(FINAL ASSESSMENT TEST). Continuous Assessment Test's has maximum marks of 50 both and FAT have maximum marks of 60. Totally 50+50+60=160M .But only 20% of marks will be considered in CAT1,CAT2 and FAT.So 20%×3=60%.Then 15% will be evaluated by internal marks like quizzes or assignments depends on the choice of faculty. 25% will be evaluated by lab viva kr quiz or record. The faculty members will be very interactive and fun with students.Bit some of them have rod correction. We can select our faculty from second semester. We can book our slots.

The campus life is worth of money There will be 3 Main buildings named AB1,AB2and CB. There are 5 Mens hostels and 2 ladies hostels.Food stalls like food Street,Rock plaza, and Maggie Hotspot. There will be many clubs like hackathon,Codingx which is conducted by CSI , dancing clubs, singing clubs, sports club and many more The famous event for this college is VTOPPIA which is being held for every year. This event takes place around 4 days First four days will be of Technical fest and remaining 2 days of cultural fest like singing dancing.this event will be conducted at the end of every year..There will be one central library which is located in AB1.

Fees structure and scholarship policies are really good. A student from middle class family can get fee waiver according to his category and family income. My fees for 1 year is 142000 after fee waiver. SC/St students have to pay hostel fee only their whole institution fees get waived. If a student getting good cgpa and have good greats skills for industries then placements and internship is not a big issue for him . Placements are good but because of recession low paying jobs are coming in campus .

Fests are very good opportunity to built up your personal and social skills . Our cultural fest is Thomso and technical fest is Cognizance. Library provide every book important to our course and job related skills. Professors are well qualified and taught well. Can play and learn every kind of sports. Coaches and staff , material everything is available. Clubs are very active here. Technical and social clubs are backbone of our campus growth.

One was the introduction of AI and Machine Learning Course in Btech meant the college was moving with time and the our HOD, Supratim Biswas is from IIT Bombay meaning we have a great guidance from the top and most of the professors as dedicated to their work and want students to actually learn rather than just passing. The Administration at times doesn't co-operate with CSE Dept which could improve the quality a lot and help the college rise to its old glory. Our HPD is really working on changing the curriculum so students learn more of real life application in computer engineering and gain more experience when they leave from here.

We have a lot of hackathon and Workshops all year round, its always busy and ther is always something new upcoming for everyone to participate into. We have 3 main fest Patheon - our tech fest my personal favourite and is very well organised even Student from iit Kharagpur and iiit and nit come to participate and visit and it very fruitful. We have Cultural fest Bitosav they have great Dj, events tresure hunts musical events, drama and alot of engaging events and lastly the Sports Fest that is one of the most competitive fests everyone likes to cheer their hostel, their is this inter hostel vibe that is good and motivating.

Most of the students who do mining course come from mining background, but my family does not have mining background so I thought of taking mining because I can easily get a job in mining. The cut off of GATE in Mining is very low, hence clearing the GATE exam is a little easier as compared to other courses.

In this university, studies are also done on scholarship basis. Like some students are not from good economic status families or backward class students are studying on scholarship basis. Fee waiver is available even if you get good marks.

As per my knowledge the placements in our college is about 95 percentage and due to reccesion it fell to 90 percentage. As per official records per every year for about 300+ companies which visit our college. When we see the packages offered the highest package is about 50 lakhs and 12 lakhs is the average package. From third year the students are eligible for college placements. I would like to take a drop in the middle of btech and explore my creativenees in coding

Because I like problem solving skills and techniques It enhances our creative thinking and solving problems in a logical way . There are many uses of opting CSE course as there is a gradual raise in the trend of this field. There are many ways to improve the curriculum of the course because there should be effective use of time . The difficulty of our question paper is quite moderate. The exam pattern is quite impressive

The cericulam of this college is pretty harsh. In this course there is lots of work to do. Need to maintain 75 percentage of attendance . The syllabus of this branch is very leanthy. There are thrice exam conducted in 1 semester

The campus life in my college is pretty good. We don't have a very huge campus it is of 55 yards only but in our campus we have almost all the facilities which a college required for a better overall development of his students.

The course curriculum is somewhat standard which is mostly followed in other iits. As I am a mechanical student, in the first semester we were taught course like communication skills, Psychology, mathematics, physics. Overall environment is very good and all teachers are quite helpful.

Fees is also quite affordable. Fees in iit roorkee is like one lakh forty thousand per semester but there are many scholarship available in iit roorkee and your fees can reduce if you are meritorious student.

The fees are average i.e. 2 lakh per year (sem fee:60000 average)including hostel fees as 19500 for 3 months. It have other charges like training changes and etc. on yearly basis. It doesn't have any internal scholarship but yes it support the almost one external scholarship scheme like pragati scholarship and any other govenment scholarship schenes. One can have bank loan or student loan. The campus placements are also top notch with 80-85% placement with big companies like CTC,Accenture ,etc.

The overall experience is very good with all the experiences in other aspects also.It really teaches us to to be confident and work with groups and to be socially helpful. We also have a too much with many fun events like fests, farewell and technical and cultural competition like techstorm .there are many events that help us to work in curriculum activities with different clubs like NSS,Technical,Sports etc in college.

I choose this course because it is unique course. I am interested in mainly in CID , crime branch. The curriculum prepares very well for the students as like internship, Research projects, Conferences etc.The teachers are qualified here in NET JRF. The faculty are very serious in coming exams . They are able to complete the syllabus before exams.

In silicon campus placement eligibility is from 6th semester. Our college have a decent placement and the ROI is quite good. Accenture TCS Mindtree Wipro AcesoCloud Capgemini are some of the renowned companies visited. About 160 companies visited this year and the no. Of offers made was around 850. The highest package is 30LPA and the average was around 4.5 LPA. and around 80 percent students were placed I am thinking to give GATE and pursue Masters

The campus is very well maintained. The infrastructure of the college is good. They keep the surrounding clean and green. Football , cricket, basketball, tennis along with some other games are also available. Food court is also very well maintained with a variety of options available for everyone.

There are good company visits for placement In regular basis. The most visit of companies are at in our 3rd year of degree. Externals come from hospitals and other medical companies to take our intro and select us. About this I get to know about from our seniors

I am very happy that I am studying in one of the top most college of India yeah it's little hard to say that our campus structure is not that much good as compare to other NIT's. And I am first year student so overall experience about this college is good their are many clubs and committees where student can participate and can learn new experience is by working in different domain. Aur campus has big library at almost consist of about 100000 books where a student kind find their books easily based on their interests. But the class of our college doesn't consists of air conditioner so during summer time our student get dehydrated due to humus.there are many first conducted by our clubs and committees like AVARTAN,SAMAR which is a sports event and the last one which is one of the most biggest event in the central India is eclectica.

Currently placement is not going on that much good . But still there are many companies regretting in our college like Adobe ,Microsoft , Capgemini, Amazonand core companies like Jindal, LNT. The highest package offered by the Microsoft 2 7 students of about 55 lacs each.and some of the students are preparing for GATE exam and other civil services exam. Currently my plan is to prepare for GATE exam so that I can get much of knowledge related to my branch.

All the technology are using ai now a days ai is booming in such a way that by this I got influenced and I choose for artificial intelligence in machine learning. It will prepare me very well so that in future even I can use ai in any fields by my own thoughts The areas where it should be improved means colleges should makes students to do more practice rather than theoretical so that students will also get a good knowledge about each and everything. The exam is conducted three days and difficultly of the exams is average

The complete cost is ninty one thousand seven hundred sixty eight. In karnataka for ug students ssp scholarship is provided from the government Campus employment I have not undertaken Some of the other students have undertaken I don't have any idea

For eamcet students as i listened from our seniors and faculty we will get interview opportunities from 3rd semester. Microsoft, ibm, Infosys, google, capgemini are popular companies that made offers for our university students. We got highest package of 50lakhs and avg package is 9 to 11 lakhs. 90% of students are getting placed and my plans are to immediately get a job and after getting job after few years i want to start a startup.

There is no gender bias here we can interact with anyone and rules are liberal and college life is good and we not forced to do something expect assignments and records because they are academics and fests are quite good they post everything to inform us and ciubs are more interactive with good quizzes so it is very good life. We also have group discussions, projects and learning new things to improve our lives

The Fee For 1 Yr is 18000 Rs And Extras For Exam Fee For Me Its Zero Because As per The PET rank i was Above So I Will Get Money Back After The Semester Is Over And I Think It Is Good For Me . Hostel Fees Is 9000 Per Yr And For Mess It is 2500 per month

My Overall Experience Till Now Is Very Good As I made Many Friends Who Supports Me In Everything. And I also support Them By Giving Assignment And Other Educational Things To Them . We Enjoy And Eats Together Till Now

The curriculum of the course is so outdated that doesn't link much with practical aspects in the first 1-2 years. There are subjects like physics chemistry maths which doesn't have much to do with the practical job of an enginner that too a software enginner. And the class schedule is also so hectic that our classes start from 8 am and last till 5 pm including labs for not much free time to fulfil extracurricular during our weekdays .some courses prepares for real world too. The exams are very frequent mid sem end sem minors class test they are not that tough but we have to study atleast a week before to get 8 -8.5 gpa and if targeting for 9+ gpa we must study from starting itself. Course could be made better if they can introduce minors in cs, dsa and all practical courses.

Here one technical fest is there technosis which is organised on large scale and is funded by companies like coca cola and amul.
