- I liked the campus beauty and the staff over here who are very supportive and the teachera who are ready for yoy every time you go to them and wven the hygine is maintained quite good here
- Faculty members in this department are the best atleast i think so, they interact with students in a friendly manner this allows us to freely ask our doubts and gain knowledge.
- Tution fee in each year is increased by 10 percent and there are number of scholarships and fee refunds for which a student can apply for after approval of his cirtificates and various other documents.
Dislikes
- Hostels - their is not sufficient hostels available for students and hostel mess is very bad. their is no student union available so it is very difficult to make some change in college.
- It is not so good as expected because of lack of facilities within the college.but according to social aspects and culture it is good and our nit is lacking infrastructure and this affects campus life too.
- It is a very small campus compared to the other nits, the college grounds are very small, and there are no separate buildings for the courses.

Remarks:
It is good wrt social development and sports and cultural activities. It lags behind in the area of solid research work. But it has the tag of a NIT so it is better than the private colleges in that sense.

Security is good but parking rules are bad.
Faculty is good enough.
Library facility is available with variety of books.
Campus is filled with greenary and peaceful environment.
Canteen facility is avalible.

Remarks:
The best thing about NITrr is the various national level activity it conducts. and the Computer certer is very good plus point about this college where you can study and there is a well organized library also but it is small but a big building for library is being constructed. so no issues in future.

My college is good from all point of view except infrastructure. It's nirf ranking is 74. This is also because of infrastructure. My college has very less hostel. So students from other state have to live outside campus. Which increases the expenses. Otherwise academics, researches, internships, placements etc. Everything is very good here.

Good placements, internships and faculty. Poor infrastructure, less hostels and ground area. Campus canteen is not impressive but amul parlor, coffee day, Indian coffee house and bmart are preferable. Local railway station and police station are nearby.

Good college. I won't suggest it as a better college as the placement and infrastructure are not so good. But by the ambiance it can be a good college. So many improvements are required in this campus.

Remarks:
Positives about college is that it has ample amount of exposure in various domains. One might feel that the curriculum is slow but one can easily learn everything. The placements are good and seniors and aumni are helpful. There are some negatives like Limited area of the campus, some useless subjects being taught and inflexible curriculum.

Admission:
On the basis of rank in jee mains. The admission process is very easy. you have to bring your income certificate,cast certificate,seat allotment copy,medical certificate,fee payment recipet 10th,12th marksheet. Then you have to submit it to the management staff after some verification they will give you your admission copy. It takes at least 3 hrs.

Remarks:
Positive remark included availablity of resources and guidance available. Coming to negative remarks proper canteen and hostels living should be provided. Weather is extreme on winter and summer which leads to discomfort living. also having exams in summer where temperatures are in peak make it worse.

As an alumnus of NIT Raipur, here are my views on this institution-
- Faculty- The faculty lags behind in terms of NIT standards. It is slightly above average. This is because their teaching method is not very engaging. That being said, the teachers are helpful. They will advise you to engage in extracurriculars as well.
- Student Interaction- The senior-junior interaction is good.
Despite IIT Raipur and AIIMS Raipur being in close proximity, interaction and
idea-sharing with them is negligible.
- Industry Connect- It has a good industry connection for some core branches like mining, metallurgy, and civil.
- Campus Life- The campus life isn’t good. But eventually, you’ll learn to cope with things and enjoy yourself. You’ll learn a lot during your degree from this campus.
- Infrastructure- There is a lot of room for improvement in the infrastructure of this college.
- Placement- Placement records are decent. Last year an average package of INR 10.1 LPA was recorded by the college. A total of 738 offers were made by 101 companies. Some of the companies that visit the campus for placements include- Infoedge, Siemens, Adobe, Barclays, Capgemini, FIAT, Reliance, TATA, SapientNitro, Oracle, Amazon, Samsung, JP Morgan Chase, Cognizant and Wipro.
Overall, I would say that NIT Raipur is a bit lacking in many respects. However, you’ll get a good chance to rise over here because of low competition.
