DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement of dtu is far far better than any other college. Even though most of the best companies visit, students apply for off-campus to get a better payout and wide options. After 3-year students are eligible for campus placement because some companies after the third year get the best students before every other company visits. Nearly 300 companies visited and 2082 offers were given by them in the year 2022. Highest package-1.2 cr per annum Lowest package-11 lpa Profiles are software engineer and data analyst etc. On average 89 per cent of placement is in dtu but varies according to branch too. I am gonna get on campus placement.

placement is very good. deserving students surely get good placements. a large number of companies visit every year with very good packages. around sixty per cent of students get placed every year and the others go for MBA or mtech according to their interests. the highest package is offered by microsoft and the lowest by a service-based company.

Placements are really good, almost all of the students who sit in the placement get placed. For tech branches like CS/IT, the avg package that you get is around 20-30lpa and a max of 1-2 crores. And in lower non-tech branches, the avg package is 7-8 LPA. Core placements like in civil, and mechanical are dead nowadays so there's not much scope in it.

BBA is a course for understanding the ground of a market. If you study anything you need to know about sales the strategy and the concept of a business. And BBA is a perfect course for this experience.

Placements in DTU have been improving each year despite the increase in the number of students. As per the 2021-22 batch, the placements have been the best this year breaking all previous records. Here are the placement statistics for both B.Tech and M.Tech for the 2021-22 batch: For B.Tech - 1. 1454 out of 1881 students have been placed 77.29% of students have been placed including all branches. 2. Average package including all branches - 16.80 LPA. 3. Highest package is 1.84 Crores PA - (Palantir - International) and 64 LPA (Apple - Domestic)

As electronics and communications, engineering is an evergreen branch and the semiconductor industry is growing at a high pace. Currently, these branch-specific companies are a boon. The actual course starts in 3 Semesters and in each class, there are 51 students and faculties of different subjects like analog, digital, vlsi, communication, etc faculties have a minimum MTech degree and many faculties have doctorate degrees. There is only midterm and end-term examination only.

The placement at my college is good. As I am in my fourth year and I am also placed I can tell you that if you work smart you will get the placement also tech jobs are very good in numbers so if you want a tech job start coding from your 1st year

This course teaches us about the environment. From waste management in form of water, solid and air to pollution control methods for all three. We get industrial visits to check out the textbook theory in action. The faculty is very knowledgeable and well versed with everything. 2 exams in one semester, mid-term and end-term

Faculty members are good. The course curriculum is easy. I choose this course because I didn't like chemical engineering. Faculties are PhD qualified. Exams are conducted twice on mid sem and end-sem basis.

The students are eligible from the 7th semester for FTE placements, companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, BOA, McKinsey, Bain, KPMG, Gail, concor, etc. visit our campus The highest package is around 2 crores for the SDE profile by amazon, the average is around 15 lakhs. Around 85% of eligible students do get placed. I plan on working in the industry after my degree.
