DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Following the completion of the third year, students are eligible to sit in on the placement season. When it comes to tech jobs, placements at DTU are fantastic. The number of available positions in the non-tech and core sectors is rather low. Top recruiters come to the college and allow students from various branches to take their tests. Companies like Apple, Adobe, Google, and Microsoft are also coming to DTU for recruitment. The T&P department is responsible for conducting the placement process successfully and is very supportive. By the time the placement season ends, almost 90% of the students at DTU are placed somewhere. The highest package of DTU was around 1.5 crores, with the average being 15 lakhs for all branches and 18 lakhs for the computer science branch.

For intern from the 5th semester and for placement from the 7th semester. College placement starts in the 7th semester. A lot of big tech companies like Google, Microsoft etc visit the campus. many non-tech companies like sprinklers etc also visit the campus. Overall around 60% of students get placed, in civil engineering, only around 30-40% were placed.

For the 7th semester, students become available for placement. And around 400 companies visit DTU for placements which is very good. And also DTU has good placement stats around 80-90% of students got placed each year.

I chose cs because I wanted to explore this field and seeing the future trend I chose cs It includes subjects like dsa, development like ml, data science, and web d so it was very fascinating for me so I chose it faculty are well qualified but in the college, we have to buy our own

placements are quite good around here. I won't say that for internships as there are mostly cgpa criteria and gender criteria. almost everyone gets placement belonging to cs related braches with avg package of 15lpa.
