DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are one of the key highlights of DTU. A good number of companies visit dtu every year to offer jobs and they offer some lucrative offers to students. This year's the highest package went up to 1.8 crore which is crazy. Around 80% of students get placed here. The average package lies around 12-13 lakhs.

Placements of dtu are very good despite of many numbers of students. All big companies like google, apple, Microsoft, amazon etc visit and offers good packages to students. Last time the highest international package was 1.84cr and the domestic package was 64lpa which was offered by Apple. There is no exact information about the average package but it is assumed to be around 10lpa. Out of 1900 around 1850 got placed which is a good number. Placement session from 7th semester ie from 4 years.

The placement of DTU is brilliant. This year the placement is 97%. All the important companies and big companies like Google, Microsoft, sprinkler, Flipkart, Adobe delloite etc visit our college a total of 394 companies.15 of our seniors got package above 1 crore and the highest domestic package was of 64 lakhs.

Placements at Delhi Technological university are always good. Big companies like Facebook, Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, come to campus and recruit students. The average overall package is 14-15 LPA. The highest package this year was 1.8 cr.

You will become eligible for placement after 6 semesters there are more than 350 companies visiting every year for placement the top companies are Microsoft Google Apple sprinklr etc. The highest package offered this year was 1.85 crore whereas the average package was 16 LPA almost 98% of students got placed this year

The placement here is great. Students can start applying for projects or internships from the 4th semester. Campus internships are provided in the third year. Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, and NXP semiconductor are the major recruiter for ECE. They offer about 18-35 LPA CTC. Many students apply for an internship in the third year and get a PPO in the company. There are international offers also which cross a CTC of 1 cr.

I chose Mechanical Engineering because DTU is well renowned for its excellence in Mechanical Engineering for the past few decades, also the faculty to student ratio here is pretty good, there are 70 students per faculty member, and almost all of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders, and the term exams are conducted twice a semester and it was easy to pass them if you have a basic grasp of engineering concepts.

The placements are very good with an average CTC of 16 lakhs per annum and about 98% of students who applied were placed. Companies start visiting for interviews by the end of 3rd year. Highest package- 1.84 crore per annum Average CTC- 16 LPA All the big companies that visit IIT Delhi also visit DTU. After getting the degree most of the students are placed and they choose to work. Some of the students also go for higher studies.

The placement is one of the major factors that make this college one of the best in India. This year, the highest international package offered was 1.84 Crore per annum by Palantir, London. Around 15 students got offers above Rs. 1 Crore. The highest domestic package was offered by Apple at 64 LPA. Around 410 students got an offer of more than 20 LPA this year. This year the percentage of B.Tech students placed was 97.45 % as reported by the university. The average package stood at around 15 LPA. This year, around 394 companies visited and the top recruiting companies were Microsoft, Google, Apple, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. For the mechanical branch, the major recruiters were Maruti Suzuki, Bajaj, Hero, GAIL, L&T, etc.

Placements are very good. From 4th year students are eligible for campus placements. Almost all the companies which visit IITs visit here. The highest package was around 1.20 crore. The average package differs from branch to branch. Very large no of students gets placed.
