DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The Placement Statistics of DTU College are increasing every year, in the year 2021-2021 - The highest package is 1.84 CR from Plantir, London (International Package) and 1.02 CR from Amazon Ireland (International Package). The Highest Domestic Package is 64 Lakhs from Apple Company. And Average Placement Package in DTU is 12 to 16 Lakhs per annum. So, as you see Placements are equivalent to many reputed IITs and better than Lower ranking IITs. DTU is full of joy, and competition and provides you with great job opportunities at last.

For placements, you can apply 7th semester onwards and the average package is around 25 to 30 LPA for tech and 12 to 15 LPA for core branches. The percentage of students getting placed is about 80 to 85 in tech branches and 40 to 50 in the core. I am also trying to get myself into some tech giant.

The faculty-student ratio is good and most of them are qualified enough. In offline mode there is Mid Term after 1.2 months and then End term at last of sem whereas in online mode it was an easy job to score for 4 sem

The placements are very good here. Tech giants like Google Microsoft ADOBE, etc. come every year to hire students and offer them good pay. Students are eligible for internships in their third year and if the student can't get an internship on-campus, he/she can try off-campus internships. Placement season begins in the fourth year when a lot of companies come and interview the students. The highest package is offered by SPRINKLE, followed by Google and Microsoft.

7th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. Google, Microsoft, Sprinklr Atlassian, Apple, Expedia, Amazon. Offers up to 20L CTC are made. A GPA of 8.5 and above aggregate is considered safe. 97.25% of students were placed in 2021-22 stats. The highest package offered was 2 Cr by amazon Ireland(off campus) and 64 Lakh by Apple Inc. (ON campus). I want to pursue Mtech from outside after getting my Btech degree

In DTU from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. All big companies like GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, etc. Come for campus placement and internship. The highest package is 1.2 crore per annum and the max stipend in an internship is 2 lakh per month. The percentage of a student getting placements is Approx 85 %.

From the end of 6th, sem students become eligible to sit for campus placements. All major companies visit our campus from July-August till the very next year but major big companies come till December and then from Jan.For ECE core we have Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, NXP Semiconductor, Synopsys, Google Hardware, Microsoft Hardware, Ciena, STM microelectronics, Western Digital, Jio, Airtel Samsung, among others. The best package is offered by the Core companies starting from 8lpa to 64 LPA. On average, a core student can easily get a 17lpa provided he studied regularly and did the core subjects well. They offer a variety of profiles from analog, digital, mixed circuit, RND, applications eng. etc. Nearly all students get placed either in the core, Tech, or nontech companies as we are the only branch reliable for most (nearly 95% ) of the companies. Many students also prefer to go for higher ed. in the states or other they too get a preference for being from a tier 1 college like DTU

Placements in our college are very good. In fact, they are just after the top iit's a matter of placement. You can go for on-campus internships from the prefinal year and for placement, you can apply from the final year. Many companies came to our college. Almost all the students got placed who go for it.

I choose this course because my parents told me that to choose this course the student ratio in our college is 35 to 1 with the teacher's teaching method is very appropriate and beneficial for all the student terms exams is difficult to pass and tell you throughout reading or study the subject.

A tech branch is what I always wanted. It provides the best opportunities in every imaginable career aspect. Faculty: student ratio is well maintained. Every faculty has certainly been provided with some load but overall it does not hamper the quality of teaching. The faculty is very very highly qualified. Most of my faculty have done their master's or phd degrees abroad. However, their phd scholars or MTech scholars lack similar qualities, unlike the faculty. 2 exams: midsemester exam and end-semester exam. The difficulty was moderate. Not difficult to pass. Not easy to get a full score.
