DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements generally take place 3rd year onwards. Many companies visit the campus every year, the exact data can be availed from the official site itself. The placement percentage from the college every year remains above 80%, Last year the highest package was 1+ Cr, with about 150+ students getting above 20LPA.

For the placement side, our college has one of the best placement records in India with every top company from google to Deloitte to Amazon making offers to the students. With more than 50% placement record. Not only this but the selection of students in UPSC exams is also high with 7 ranks in the top 10. The number of students cleaning GATE and other exams is also very high.

The placement of DTU is very good. The average package for a student is around 10 lakh. For each branch it is different. For CSE it is easily around 17 lakh. Even some internships offer a stipend of 2 lakh per month. So the placements and internships for DTU is one of the best. Every big company you name comes here.

The placements are one and pretty much the only thing I have taken DTU. Due to it's the relatively old establishment and great Reputation many companies tend to come for Hiring Students. Most students get placed around 70-80% I guess.

Students become eligible for internships in 3rd Year and for placements in fourth year. Many companies including major tech giants like google Amazon flipkart sprinklr tower research etc. As many as 300 companies visit the campus every year. Placement percentage is quite good upto 100 percent but due to pandemic the placement percentage has got down to 75 percent. Highest Package till date in this season is 51lpa.

If you are in the 7th semester then you are eligible for campus placements and in our campus more than 300+ companies visits. Some companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Sprinklr, Facebook, Samsung etc. Highest domestic package was 51.50 LPA and average package was 12LPA . Total 1500+ offers was giver previous year and more than 80% students got placed.

Students become eligible for campus placements from end of 6th semester and very big companies vome here to recruit and offer huge packages upta 1.5 crores like uber, google, microsoft, hotstar etc etc. A high percentage of students get placed every year since DCE is a household name and a top 10 institution in the country. My dream after doing mechanical is to pursue a career in formula 1

Google,facebook,mircosoft, amazon, goldman sachs etc vist every year and hire many students. Highest package even reaches 1 crore . The average package including all branches stays around 11-12 lpa

I chose mechanical engineering as that is the subject I love and prosper in. The faculty is 4 males 1 female and all of them are well versed in there subjects, due to the classed being online sometimes the communication is not so well but we manage. 3 of them are PhD in the subject and others have completed there masters, there teaching method is almost the same as everyone using video lectures and then explaining the concepts on a white board. The exams were held almost every month and they were moderately difficult, not an issue if you're versed with the subject

Students become eligible for campus placements in the 4th year only not before it but they can get PPO through some companies. There were over 300 companies and almost 1500 offers in the year 2020-21 with 51 lac per annum as the highest package by atlassain and 12 lac per annum as the average package.
