DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placements of the college are by far one of the best in India. Every year few students gran more than 1Cr package and the average package too is around 16 lakhs including all branches. The percentage of students is also very high around 90% including all branches. Students are eligible to sit for placement at the end of the 4th year. Various companies like Google Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, LinkedIn, TCS, IBM take part in the placement.

The university students are placed in reputed companies offering a promising and high profile career. Some of the companies that have recruited students during the campus placements include Flipkart, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Indian Oil, Maruti, Yahoo, Oracle, Samsung, Deloitte, McKinsey, Adobe, and L&T. The highest annual salary package has gone up to Rs. 1.25 crore per annum. A major highlight of placements at DTU is that the leading companies not only make job offers to the final year students but also offer paid internships to third year students. This enhances the industry interface further, preparing them for the technological challenges of the industries and in turn assure better pre-placement job offers for the students. Students who have graduated from DTU are studying in various prestigious national and international institutes such as IIMs, IITs, Carnegie Mellon University, Columbia University.

By the end of the second year, students get to sit for internships, almost all large tech giants visit the campus, and in the 4th year, of course, placements happen. In 2021, the average package was 12 lacs, with a number of offers crossing 1500. The percentage of students placed varies branch-wise. It's still good enough.

The placement of our college is very good for the core and noncore branches both this year around 95% students gets placed from all branches and almost 100% from cs,it etc. The name of companies visited is Amazon,microsoft,google,curefit,codenation,paytm and many more. The highest ctc gone was 1.02 crore till now internationally. AND for domestic maximum ctc has gone 45Lpa. Currently, my plan after getting a degree is to find a good job in the technical field which I feel is quite possible in dtu because almost every student from here grabs a job at last.

Placement is the best part of our college. DTU is a tier 1 college. There are so many companies that visit college. Placement is better than most IITs. Google, Microsoft, texas, etc. so many companies visited and hire students.

Students can apply from 3rd year onwards for placements on campus, offcampus they can apply anytime. Many multinational companies visited like Google, Microsoft, facebook etc. Highest package was around 1 crore last year.80%student got placed in our college. I have not decided, but it will be big thats all.

Placements in DTU is very good, a company like Google , Amazon, Adobe ,Microsoft, atlassian, Samsung and much more visit offer high packeges (20-50lakhs) and average package of a student nerly 10% and last year in Software branch nearly 78% of student get placed

DTU campus is 150acre which is more than enough. Due to its large size, their many playgrounds like basketball, football, cricket, badminton, lawn tennis, etc. Also, our college mess is also cover large area due to which , there is no rush inside it in the lunchtime.

After 4 sem students are available for placement. All PSUs and tech and non-tech companies visited in our campus per year offer is 1800. The highest package is 1.42 crore from software. The average is 16.5 lakhs. The percentage for placement is to take 7.5 sgpa above. My plan after degree to do study.

From the starting of the 7th semester, students become eligible for the placements. The companies visited in dtu for 2020 21 sessions were 311. The offers made were around 1500 among 1925 students of 2017- 21 batch. The percentage of students getting placements depends on the branch which you would be pursuing. If you are from coe,it,se,mce , then it won't create much problem if u want to go to tech/coding field. Now for ece and ee , the remaining circuital branches ece has an edge over ee. But as the coding culture is way better than many colleges. If you are from a circuital branch, then u are eligible to sit in placements in maximum companies.
