I chose journalism because I loved being in front of the camera and talking to people and getting their stories out. Also, I was into writing and PR so I found journalism the right Choice for my career. Our department has 4 faculties. They are really motivating and interactive. But could have been much better if the right subjects were given to them. The exams are on time and are not much difficult as we have practical work.

The rest of the placements start before their last sem, but for journalism students, it is in the last sem after 2 to 3 months. The companies that visit are Times of India, ICICI bank, Nestle etc. The highest package is of 15LPA and average is 6LPA. The University offers almost 100% placement. I plan on dropping for a year and maybe do a job after that masters.

The placement drive starts at end of 5th semester itself. Many companies like ICICI, nestle, HDFC, etc. Visits for campus placement. Highest package provided is 13 - 14 lakh and average package is 2.5 - 3 lakh. 85% students get placement.

Very few companies visit in our last year. Nestle was the first one. The profile mostly available is field selling, marketing, target-based job. I don't remember any company for core roles in biotechnology like quality control. Even though Cipla came for the same profile for BSc students.

Last year students are eligible for placements. Lot of companies visited and n numbers of placements given. Highest package is 9lpa and the average is 6lpa. My plan after degree is to do job. Percentage depends upon the potential of the students.

Our college is fantastic. One of the finest aspects of our university is the culture that you will encounter. It's an excellent location for studying. Teachers are really beneficial. I occasionally believe that infrastructure, such as large classrooms, might be improved. We do, but as our strength grows, we are encountering challenges. I went for this University as it is a young University that matches global giants in research output. Shoolini university ranks 14 in citation (QS Asia ranking). The faculty of this college involves teachers from top indian and international universities. The admission process was easy and quick. I applied online and i filled a form for the same. After that i received a mail regarding my entrance exam dates and timings including other details too. The exam held in mid September and was easy to Crack. I received my exam results on the mait itself and admission completion letter too. I preferred this college over others as this college is under top 300 universities in Asia and the placement cell works tirelessly to give best to their students. My high school seniors told me about this university since it was one of the best universities in India.
