IT University has an excellent placement track record with the students receiving offers from some of the most prestigious companies in India and abroad. From the 8th semester onwards, students become eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies that have come on campus this year for placements include Microsoft, Oracle, Infosys, Bosch, Goldman Sachs, Capgemini, Accenture, Dell, and Wipro among others. The average CTC offered is around 5–6 LPA while the highest package amounts to 25+ LPA. The percentage of students getting placements is over 90% which is pretty impressive. There are various plans available after completing your degrees like pursuing higher studies at reputed universities abroad in fields such as Robotics & AI or Data Science or taking up internships during summers etc., Apart from this you can also join start-up incubators available on campus and co-found a venture there or take up a freelancing gig. There are many other possibilities depending on your skill set.

The students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th Semester, the no. of companies visited and the total no.of offers made will be more than 200, and the percentage of students getting placements is around 90-95%.

many internship and job offers are offered by companies like TCS, google..etc. From the 5th or 6th semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. Mostly many students had placed on placements before the completion of 4 years.

Generally, placements start from the 7th semester. There is a Placement and training cell that guides students. We regularly receive emails about various internship and placement opportunities on the university email id. Some of the companies that come to offer placement include Citi bank, Deloitte, Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, Samsung, Morgan Stanley, American Express, Wipro, TCS, etc The highest package offered was 1Cr PA by MOTORQ for SDE roles Average Package 8.19 LPA for SDE roles 80% of students got placed in the last placement season. I plan to pursue a career in industry and go abroad for a Master later

the average package offered as of now during vit Vellore placements 2022 stood at INR 8.20lkpa. further, a total of 7k students get placed and 12k offers have been .and the highest package was 1.2 crore per annum.

VIT follows a fully flexible credit system that allows students to select their faculty from the University for their subject. The curriculum was also well defined in the beginning and the student ratio maintained max 60 students in one class.

After 6th semester, we were allowed to sit in placement and particularly in civil engineering L&T, SHARPOO J, TATA CONSTRUCTION AND LOTS MORE STRUCTURAL COMPANY DO VISITS on OUR CAMPUS BUT FOR SITTING IN THESE COMPANY YOU NEED TO SCORE GOOD CGPA.

I choose this course because I was doing coding in my school days. Each class consists of 80-90 students and your main class teacher is known as your proctor. All the teachers are either doing Ph.D. or have already done it. Some of the teachers are really brilliant in their fields while some don't. Teaching methods depend upon students also, some students get things from the same teachers while others don't. There are basically two exams in a semester midterms and TEE or term-end examinations. TEE is really not that difficult to pass if you can understand what's happening in class.

My college placements are very highly placed. They are increasing the ratio of placements year by year. My college mates are very much talented and skilled in everything. They get placements in 2,3 companies with their hardworking.
