The college has an serious determination towards discipline and for that reason, I have grown habits of much discipline in my life. The faculty is very good and everybody is very cooperative when it comes to academics and personal growth of the student.

The curriculum offered with the course is appropriate and shapes u for ur future job prospects. Teaching methods are perfect as per the curriculum suggested . I personally chose the course for my keen interest in the field. Others might have different reasons as to some might like to help people in distress while others would watch out for the present statistics of the growth of job prospects in this specific field. The exams are quite difficult because of the fact that the college is affiliated with the Calcutta University and the university is known for its difficulty level although the difficulty level is certainly worth it

The only thing that influenced me to choose psychology was the period of lockdown. My whole family was affected by coronavirus. I had no one standing by my side. That was the time when I came to realise that how much it's important to give priority to mental health. Also collegedunia itself helped me a lot in choosing my college ,i.e., Bethune college by giving me all the informations about it. Rest I have no complaints about my college's curriculum and teaching methods in my field BSC psychology honours.

The curriculum focuses on questioning power and problem solving skills. The course in SXC elevates your knowledge about your subject and tries to improve it. The curriculum shapes your base and prepares you for the IIT JAM and other Msc entrance exams. The examinations conducted by the college are of basic to medium difficulty level. The college conducts one continuous internal assessment followed by the end semester examinations. each semester consists of 6 months.

Honestly I had very much interest in studying a combo of Ca alongwith my bcom honours course...So I chose this course And to be honest the method of teaching of our faculties are the best because of their expertise in their respective subjects But one thing I want to suggest is to stop cancelling classes frequently (which happens for no reason other than Cu guidelines).. nothing more to suggest Examination happens according to CU dates and also it happens with proper invigilators(I'm talking about Internal exams) so one need not worry about exams...they happen strictly following CU guidlines and fall on the respective dates given by CU

The curriculum is very good and I got influenced by the broad spectrum of this stream. The curriculum has certain skill enhancement courses which prepares you for the outside world. The teaching methods are extraordinary if you follow the class closely. There are two exams in per semester. One midsem and the final semester. Exams are fairly difficult.

Developed lab work and field trips along with excursions are included in the Curriculum. Also faculty members are from highly qualified fields in particular degrees. Teaching methods of most of them are quite impressive and student friendly. The level of examinations are quite challenging but also good for the development of the students more rigidly in their particular fields. Not to forget has a huge and green campus.

However, there are areas for improvement, such as updating content to keep pace with industry advancements and providing more flexibility in elective courses. The curriculum's integration of guest lectures and hands-on experiences enriches the learning experience but could be enhanced by offering more guidance and resources for exam preparation. Exams are spaced throughout the semester, assessing understanding across various topics, but their difficulty level can be challenging, necessitating deeper comprehension. Overall, while the curriculum effectively prepares students for practical applications and further academic pursuits, enhancements in content relevance, flexibility.

My teachers suggest me to Mathematics honours. And I also wanted to become a scientist from my childhood. I also love to do experiment. So I choose this cource. I heard that here teachers are very good. So I joined this institute. The curriculum prepares me very good to step in real world. There are no such advice to improve, all is previously improved. There are total 6 semesters in our cource. Per year 4 exams are held, 2 mid-sem exams and 2 end-sem exams i.e. all year 4exams are held. The exams are too tough and few common questions we can find.
