I chose Physiology Honours because I was always very much into Physiology and Medicine.. And also Vidyasagar College is the Best College to study Physiology Honours under Calcutta University.. The Faculty:Student ratio is also quite Good and they provide one to one interaction to the student if needed.. All the Faculty are very highly qualified with the top most degree possible.. Their Teaching method is quite student friendly and Good.. They try their level best to make the students understand the concept in depth.. The Semester exams are timely conducted twice every year and the internals are also conducted at regular intervals..

Ifelt interesting to know about past and history is very interesting subject, the curriculum they follow is very challenging and authentic ,interesting as well and the faculty are very knowledgeable you ask any problem and they are ready to solve

Beacuse i am from comemrce background i heard that this college is very good fro bcom hons and mba and everything. The faculty members are very friendly and help us with every single doubt clearing . There is one or 2 exam conducted before the final semester exam and the exams are very good for your revision

Course curriculum is good & teachers are also good at their job until it comes to project submissions.They're rude at that time. Teaching methods are also excellent. Internal exams are taken timely.Faculty to student ratio is not enough if all the students are present

In the History Department, each year has an average of 40 students, and there are 5 faculty members plus one lecturer. The faculty members are very cooperative and helpful. Unlike other colleges, they actually try to finish the syllabus every semester. The exam pattern is designed by CU. Semester dates remain unknown till atleast 1 month before the exam, which the case for all CU affiliated colleges.

Students are eligible for placements in 7th semester.Many companies from the IT sector such as Microsoft, IBM,TCS,Cognigent, Infosys visit the campus.Core companies such as Samsung,L&T,Jk tyre visit the campus,In 2023 highest package was offered by Siemens,the offer was of 20 lpa lowest package was of 3.5 lakh offer from infosys.Overall 80%students get placed ,In branch es such as Polymer and Chemical engineering place ment was 97%.I will also take a job offer after my degree.

I chose the because I wanted to be a lawyer . I don't know actually about faculity. Minimum Higher secondary is required. If you give entrance exam then it will be too tough . But it will worth it . Best of luck

Firstly I found my interest in law which was the main reason for opting law for my higher studies. About faculty overall faculty is very good, teachers are way more friendly and supportive than I imagined. The teachers are very capable I don't have any complain about any teaching methods of professor. Every body is very nice. And about examination there is a examination at the end of each semester.

Faculty is good teaching methods are good Term exam were moderate and not everyone passes most of the faculty were ca cs cma . Every semester we had our term exam. There are 100 students in each section and subject wise one teacher

It is very good college., the falculty emmebers are excellent they teaches us so well and with so much patients they help us with every single and short details. The teacher are highly qualified very friendly and very helpful. The term exams are also so good and the questions are easy enough if anyone study a little bit.
