University of Calcutta Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I chose this course because I wanted to excel in the field of accounting which would help me to showcase my accounting skills in the corporate sector.I was always interested in this subject. The faculty in this college are very knowledgeable and helpful. They teach with full dedication and make sure that every student understands the concept of the subject that is being taught in the class.There were 100 students approximately in my classroom. The exams were taken after every 6 months which means 2 semesters in 1 year which comes to 6 semesters in 3 years.

I had always interest in calculation. And also i am so lazy for study I thought there has only calculation no study so i took this course but now i know the real truth ???? But in this field i think lots of carrer options in this generation . So if you want to work in corporate site or interested in baking , stock market so go for it Its quite hard to pass the exam because our university took semester in every 4/5 months ????

Choosing the course at Sarsuna College was driven by its comprehensive curriculum aligning with my career goals. The faculty members were knowledgeable, fostering a dynamic learning environment. In essence, Sarsuna College's course curriculum and faculty members played pivotal roles in my academic journey, providing a solid foundation for my chosen field.

Placement is good in university of calcutta. For an average of 9.2 LPA it looks amazing. Many companies like Amazon,delolite, cogzinant Infosys, IBM and many more. The highest package offered is 30LPA in 2023. About 89% students get placed.

The placement in Calcutta University is good as medium or lower nits. But it is getting better since b.tech is new in Calcutta University. You can get an idea from: The highest placement in 2022 was 20 lakhs And highest placement in 2023 is 30 lakhs

I chose B.com honours because i wanted to study MBA after Doing bba but couldn't because of financial problems. So i did less costly B.com hons to support my family after which i can also do MBA the faculty is very good and overly qualified. Term exams were easy.

During Semister 5 students became eligible for campus placement Only one company that is Deloitte came for campus placement Highest package was 4 LPA Around 12-15% of total strength of the students getting the placed in the campus placement

I chose this course as it was my most favorite subjects in all. The ratio of student was not much in my department, it was 20 and the teaching staffs was also good at it in there individual subjects. As my college was government so every teacher was good in there jobs.

I only had two option bcom or bba So bcom is a well recognized course and it's cause subject also link up with CA couse . The faculty of college are all professional CA ,CS BEST faculty's in the town . And they also cooperative

I chosen this course only because of my interest in accounting and commercial studies. Otherwise, I think commerce is the only way who never fails to earn money from anywhere and I will also saying that I'm not only choose this course to earn money. From my point of view this is a really tough course more than any computer application courses or business administrations. And the student ratio of b.com hons. is less day by day not everyone maintain the same when it comes semester 3 to 4 to 5 the students are decreasing from that.
