- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- Campus life is very good enjoyable and really amazing
- Good sports facilities including gym facilities, grounds for playing cricket, hocky, football etc.

- Sufficient time is not given for industrial visit
- There is not enough technical festivals and workshops
- Frequent exams not giving enough time for preparation
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum helps us to ensure that we are equipped with proper fundamental education necessary for our further studies. The exam was not necessarily difficult but helps for students to get qualified in the colleges they aspire for.

- Academic calender is too congusted.Exams Are placed continuosly
- Year wise is better than semester. Sem Arrangememt of academic is not too good
- Study Leaves are too short.it has to be long enough
Placement Experience:
After 7th semester onwards Companies started to approach for Skilled and Students with knowledge.Companies like L&T and Arbee structures are known and also many companies are approach with about min of 50 placements

The curriculum includes mainly understanding and practical learning.
It gives us time for real life practical experiences and build our practical knowledge.
Some more time should be allotted for industrial visits.
Exams are conducted on time and there is enough time to prepare for it.

From 3rd year we can attend placement interview. Construction companies like l and T etc. About more than 70 percent is getting placed. My plan after degree is mtech or placement . And to write Gate exm

- There are a vast large area of campus and also to playground
- All the faculty members are much helping attitude towards the student

- The sports related informations are not getting fastly choda student
- The faculty is not restricting students for studying
- Parent teacher connections are very less in this campus
Placement Experience:
Student will be eligible for the campus placement from the third year about 6th semester
There are various company coming in this college for the campus placements and a huge offers where they providing
Around 80 percent of student in our campus getting placement in various companies
After my degree I plan to continue the study

There are placement facility present in our college. It takes place in fourth year. The companies which comes for placements are LandT, HCC,essar,tata etc.
The percentage of students getting placement is very low in civil engineering

- Vast and spacious campus and refreshing environment.
- Well trained and educated professors to teach.

- Don't have a good canteen facility as good as the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As i am studying civil engineering, I think the curriculum is so relevant and comprehensive. Labs and workshops helps to understand more about real-world applications. The course curriculum should be more effective in applicative wise. The exams are conducted twice a year but sometimes the time gap between it is so short that students are not able to cover the whole syllabus.

- The programs and events conducted are real nice
- The teachers are really very friendly except some

- The campus is too small to be called a college campus

The one and only thing thing which stands out in this college is the college placements. The college have been getting very good placements for quite a some time in mostly all the fields. My main reason to join this college was this.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
