Remarks:

Quality of education is fairly high. Most faculty members are well qualified and helpful. Adherence to discipline and decorum is a must - so there's hardly any distraction when it comes to learning. Every topic in syllabus is covered. If one pays enough attention in classes, with little effort at home one can score really well. Exams are standardized and there's no favoritism in paper evaluations. College has great rankings in national level. Zero tolerance for untoward behavior; so it's a safe place. Other facilities including library service, access to computer lab etc are really helpful. On a personal note, the rich heritage of the college, the list of the notable alumni increased my interest for applying to Xavier's.

Placement Experience:

I've personally not faced the placement cell department but had heard that there are quite good placements with a salary of 2-3 LPA. It is quite high for a B.Com graduate these days according to me. But since the majority of the students persue professional courses so they do not sit for placements. So, to be precise the placement is quite according to my knowledge.

Remarks:

First of all i would like to start from the good Things :- 1. Faculties are really experienced with best knowledge in their respective field and have a proper communication way.2. Infrastructure is good3. classrooms are equipped with modern day equipments .4. administration is helpful whether it is related to study or any general issue .Bad things :- 1. Its far from the railway station ,eaither you have to take bus of 2 hrs or take a cab priced generally between Rs.300-4002. If you are a foodie then you won't be happy because there are not a lot of options around it .Admission process:- You have to fill the forms online and thereafter give a written test in the campus and thereafter give an interview over there .If you will be qualified then you will get notified through the website or email. The forms are out in the month of june. and the dates are fluctuating. Before taking admission I have done a lot of research through friends and have also saw its review on the website Collegedunia.com

Placement Experience:

Students in their final year are eligible to seat for campus placements. You need to register yourself in the 5th semester if you want to seat for the campus program. You can opt for campus training also which is also really good. Most students who opt for campusing get selected. If you speak about Percentage then nearly 90% of students get selected every year from different streams. However, the fact is that not all students seat from campus. Even after getting offer letters from famous companies like Kotak Mahindra, Cognizant they go for higher studies like MBA, PhD. My plan was after getting my graduate degree was to seat for competitive exams. and to grab a seat in the first place. That is why I didn't opt for the campus program. I didn't dream of joining any corporate job.
