    AISEEE 2020 Application Forms is available from September 6 – February 28, 2020. Candidates can collect the application forms from 5 application sale outlets as given on the official website kanchiuniv.ac.in. AISEEE 2020 will be conducted from May 9 – May 24, 2020, in online mode.

    • Candidates must ensure that they have a valid mobile number and email ID before registering for the admission test.
    • Once registered, applicants can fill up the AISEEE 2020 application form by providing personal details, information about academic qualifications and uploading the necessary documents.
    • Applicants must pay the requisite fees of INR 500 for the General category (INR 250 for reserved category) for the successful submission of the form.
    • Only those forms that have all the details and for which the application fee is paid within the stipulated time will be considered.

    AISEEE 2020 Application Dates

    The registration is available from September 6 – February 28, 2020. Aspirants must browse the official AISEEE website for updates about the ongoing processes and exams. The important dates regarding the AISEEE 2020 Registration are stated below:

    AIEEE 2020 Eligibility Criteria

    The eligibility criteria for AISEEE 2020 is as laid down by the SCSVMV University. Applicants must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements before applying for the exam. The various criteria for appearing in the exam are given below:

    Nationality: Aspirants must be citizens of India.

    Age Limit: The upper age limit for the aspirants is 20 years as of July 1, 2020.

    Qualifications required for BE (Full time) courses:

    • Applicants should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
    • They are also eligible if they have a desirable score in the entrance exam of AISEEE/ JEE/ ERA (UNI-GAUGE).     

    Qualifications required for Lateral Entry into BE:  

    Candidates must possess any B.Sc Degree with an aggregate of 60% marks with Mathematics as one of the subjects or should have a Diploma in Engineering in the respective subject or equivalent.

    Qualifications required for Part-Time BE:

    Aspirants must have a Diploma in Engineering in the respective subject with 2 years of experience in the industry.

    Note: Applicants who are appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible for the test provided that they submit the required documents at the time of admission.


    How to fill AISEEE 2020 Application Form?

    AISEEE 2020 Application forms will be available on the official website www.kanchiuniv.ac.in and also at various application sale counters. Only those candidates who apply for the test by successfully submitting the application forms and paying the fees can appear for the exam.

    Pre-Requisites for filling AISEEE 2020 Application Form:

    • Aspirants will require a valid email ID and mobile number for receiving official notification.
    • Valid Debit card/Credit card in case the mode of payment student chooses is online.
    • Candidates should have all the information regarding their educational qualifications handy before they start filling the Application Form.
    • Scanned images of recent, passport-size photograph and signature of the applicant. They will also require scanned image of signature of their parent.

    The registration consists of 4 steps- Registration, Filling of Application Form, Uploading Documents and Fee Payment. Candidates must note that the details once saved cannot be edited later. Hence, they should be extra careful while filling up the form. Individuals can fill up the application form by following these steps:

    Step 1: AISEEE 2020 Registration

    • Visit the official website. Click on the ‘Apply for BE and B Tech courses’ option to start the registration process.
    • Aspirants will be required to go through a set of instructions. They will then have to fill in details like their name, email ID, mobile number, state and city to register. They will also have to choose a password for their registration account.

    Step 2: AISEEE 2020 Application Form

    • A link will be sent to the registered email ID of aspirants to proceed with the further steps.
    • Click on the link and an application form will appear on the screen.
    • The application form will consist of 5 sections- Course Details, Application Details, Parents’ Details, Communication Address and Academic Qualifications.
    • Candidates will have to choose 3 branches of engineering as preferred by them in the decreasing order in the Course Details section.
    • They will then be required to fill in general details about themselves and their parents.
    • Applicants will also be required to enter information about their academic qualifications.
    • After completing this step, select the option of ‘Next’.

    Step 3: Uploading Documents

    • Scanned copies of the photograph, signature of candidate and signature of parent are compulsory documents.
    • Aspirants will have to upload scanned images of their recent, passport-sized photograph and signature.
    • They will also have to upload the scanned image of their parent’s signature.
    • The size of files should not be greater than 500 KB.
    • Apart from these, there will also be optional documents like proof of address, class 12th marksheet, statement of annual income that can be uploaded if the candidate wishes to do so.
    • A preview of the uploaded files will appear on the screen. Click on ‘Next’ after ascertaining that documents are uploaded correctly.

    Step 4: Payment of Fees

    • Students will then have to pay the application fees as per their category. They must choose the appropriate mode of payment.
    • Fees can be paid via online mode- Debit/ Credit Card or Net Banking.
    • Fees can also be paid by Demand Draft and Vouchers. To render fees via these methods, candidates must follow the instructions as given on the website page upon selecting this method.
    • Candidates must ensure that they keep the receipt of fees safely.

    Confirmation Page

    Applicants must take a print out of the confirmation page that will be generated after completing all the steps successfully. This page will also have the application number of students and will be needed for further rounds of admission.

    Retrieving Password

    Incase students forget their password; they can retrieve it by following these easy steps:

    • Go to the login page and enter your application number.
    • Click on ‘Forgot Password’ at the bottom of the login credentials.
    • An email will be sent to the registered email ID of applicants to retrieve their password.
    • Click on the link and choose the new password.

    FAQs

    Q. What is the age limit/ restriction for appearing for AISEEE?

    A. The upper age restriction is 20 years as of July 1, 2020 for a candidate to give AISEEE 2020.

    Q. After the submission of the registration fee, can the application be cancelled and a request for a refund be generated?

    A. No, the application fees will not be refunded under any circumstance whatsoever.

    Q. I am a student belonging to the reserved category. However, I selected the general category by mistake while applying for AISEEE 2020. I wish to make changes to my category. Please help.

    A. The form once submitted cannot be edited or modified and any request to do the same will not be entertained.

    Q. I am a student from Karnataka. I wish to appear for the AISEEE 2020. Do I have to be a resident of Tamil Nadu to appear for the exam?

    A. No, there is no particular residential requirement to appear for AISEEE 2020.

    Q. Are candidates who have just appeared for the qualifying examination eligible for AISEEE 2020?

    A. Yes. Aspirants who have just appeared for the 10+2 level exam are eligible provided they are able to produce the required documents at the time of admission.
