    How to check DAVUET 2020 Result?

    DAVUET 2020 Results will be announced on May 20, 2020 on the official DAV website. The organizing body will publish the rank list in a PDF format. It should be noted that there will be no provision of re-checking or re-evaluation of answer sheets. DAVUET 2020 result can be accessed online by following these few easy steps:

    • Log on to the official website of DAVUET 2020
    • Click on the ‘Admissions’ tab. Search for the option of ‘Result of DAVUET 2020’.
    • The result will appear on the computer screen in the form of a rank list.
    • Look for your name or roll number to view the result.
    • Check the details such as name, roll number and summation of total marks given in the rank list
    • Download the result and save it for reference.

    DAVUET 2020 Result will be available to students in the form of rank list. Aspirants should browse the official website of the university regularly to know the exam related updates. DAVUET 2020 Rank list will contain basic information of the candidate and their result. The score secured in the entrance exam will be valid only for the ongoing academic year and will not be valid after it. The details mentioned in the score card is:

    DAVUET 2020 Merit List

    DAVUET 2020 Merit List will be published on the official website by the 4th week of May 2020. It will contain names of students in order of ranks secured by them in the offline entrance exam. All students whose name appears in the list will be eligible for counselling. The DAV University will not publish separate category-wise merit lists. It will publish a common merit list for all applicants of the exam. Follow the steps given below to view the merit list-

    • Log on to the official website of DAVUET 2020.
    • Select the option of ‘Admissions’ and select the option of DAVUET 2020.
    • Click on DAVUET 2020 Merit list.
    • The merit list will appear in a PDF file.
    • Aspirants can search their roll number to know their position in the list.

    DAVUET 2020 Cut Off

    DAVUET 2020 cut off score will be decided by the concerned department of the university. Cut off is the minimum score required by the candidates to appear in the merit list and get shortlisted for DAVUET counselling rounds of the institute. It is not announced by DAV officials separately.

    The cut off marks will depend on a number of factors like number of applicants, difficulty of exam, availability of seats, marks and ranks secured by the aspirant and course selected.

    DAVUET 2020 Counselling

    DAVUET 2020 Counselling will begin from June 3, 2020 by DAV University. The schedule for counselling will be uploaded on the official website of the institute. Students must attend the counselling rounds according to this schedule, in order of ranks secured by them. Aspirants shortlisted via the merit list will be issued counselling letters by the university.

    It is mandatory for all applicants seeking admission in this university to attend the counselling at the allotted date and time. If an individual is not present on the specified day, candidature will be cancelled. DAVUET 2020 Counselling will be held in the following way-

    • All counselling rounds will be held in the conference room of the university.
    • Students must be present at the counselling center according to the date and time allotted to them. In case an individual does not appear for counselling at the mentioned time, their seat will be offered to the next candidate in order of merit.
    • They must report to the center with necessary documents and fees to complete the admission formalities.
    • Documents will be needed for verification of the applicant. Individuals must carry the following documents with them for counselling-
      1. Call letter of Counselling
      2. Admit Card of DAVUET 2020
      3. Marks sheet of class 10 and 12 examinations
      4. Original or provisional Mark Sheets of all semesters of the qualifying examination
      5. A government authorized valid photo ID proof and 3 passport size photographs.
    • Aspirants will have to fill a preference form
    • They will be required to exercise their choice of program according to availability of seats based on merit.
    • Seats will be allotted to aspirants based on their ranks to the branch preferred by them
    • Aspirant who secures and accepts the allotted seat in the course of their choice will have to report to deposit the prescribed fees.
