ITSAT Result 2027: Expected May 2027 at ifheindia.org, Counselling, Cutoff and Marks Vs Rank

The ITSAT Result 2027 — also called the ATIT (Admission Test for IcfaiTech) result — will be released by the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad on the official portal at ifheindia.org. The exam runs in two phases: Phase 1 is expected in December 2026 and Phase 2 in April 2027, with the final result expected in May–June 2027. Your scorecard shows your All-India Rank (AIR), category rank, and subject-wise marks — the numbers that determine your B.Tech seat across six ICFAI universities.

To access your result, log in at ifheindia.org/its using your Application Number and Date of Birth. You can view and download the scorecard once the result is declared.

• ITSAT 2027 result will be declared separately for Phase 1 (December 2026 exam) and Phase 2 (April 2027 exam).
• Your scorecard shows subject-wise marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Logical Reasoning — along with your total score, AIR, and category rank.
• Based on previous years’ patterns, scoring 80 or above out of 120 improves your chances of a counselling call.
• Candidates with a valid JEE Main 2027 score can also apply directly to ICFAI universities — ITSAT is not the only admission route.
• Counselling is offline — IFHE sends a call letter to shortlisted students specifying the date, time, and venue.
• Admissions and counselling are expected to wrap up by July–August 2027.

IFHE, Hyderabad prepares the ITSAT merit list based on your score and rank. Students who cross the cutoff, in rank order, receive counselling calls from the institute.

ITSAT Result Previous Year Statistics

IFHE does not publish detailed statistics — such as total candidates appeared or pass rates — for ITSAT in any official capacity. However, the result timeline has been very stable across cycles. Here is a five-year look at how the ITSAT result cycle has played out:

The trend is clear and consistent. Every year, Phase 2 results come out within 4–6 weeks of the April exam, and counselling closes by the end of July. If you sit for Phase 2 in April 2027, expect your result by late May or early June 2027. This five-year pattern gives you a reliable planning window for making alternative arrangements if needed.

One important structural note: IFHE also accepts JEE Main scores for B.Tech admission alongside ITSAT scores. This means the total pool of students competing for seats at ICFAI universities is always broader than just ITSAT applicants.

How to Check ITSAT Result 2027

Once ITSAT 2027 results are declared, your scorecard will be available on the official IFHE login portal. Here’s how to access it step by step:

• Go to ifheindia.org/its — the official ITSAT result and login portal.
• Click on the "ATIT Result 2027" link displayed on the homepage.
• Enter your Application Number in the first field.
• Enter your Date of Birth in the format shown on screen.
• Click the Submit button to load your scorecard.
• View your score, AIR, and category rank on screen — then download and save a copy.

If you have forgotten your Application Number, check the registration confirmation email that IFHE sent at the time you applied. That email contains your application ID and other registration details.

There is no separate result for different exam cities or sessions — all results are released together on the same portal on the same date. If your result is not visible right after declaration, wait a few hours and try again, as the server may be busy from high traffic.

ITSAT 2027 Scorecard: What Does It Contain?

Your ITSAT 2027 scorecard is the key document you carry to counselling. It contains both your performance data and the personal details IFHE uses to verify your identity and category on admission day. Download it as soon as results are out and keep printed copies ready.

Print at least two copies of your scorecard before going to counselling. IFHE verifies the scorecard against your original documents on the day of admission. A digital copy on your phone is fine as a backup, but carry printed originals to be safe.

ITSAT 2027 Qualifying Marks and Cutoff

IFHE does not officially publish a fixed cutoff score for ITSAT. The cutoff shifts every year based on the difficulty of the paper, the number of students who appeared, and the total seats available across all six participating universities. Based on patterns from previous years, here is a rough guide to what different score ranges mean for your admission prospects:

Apart from the ITSAT score, you also need to meet the Class XII eligibility requirement. You must have scored at least 60% aggregate in Class XII with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. For ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh, the minimum is slightly lower at 55%. Students who don’t meet this threshold are not eligible for admission, regardless of their ITSAT rank.

If you qualified in JEE Main 2027, you can apply directly to ICFAI universities without an ITSAT score. IFHE accepts both. This is worth knowing if you sat for JEE Main but could not appear for ITSAT.

What After ITSAT Result 2027?

Once ITSAT 2027 results are declared, IFHE publishes the merit list and sends counselling call letters to shortlisted students. The entire process after result — from merit list to seat allotment — is offline. You have to attend in person at the specified ICFAI campus or venue on the date mentioned in your call letter.

Here is how the post-result process works step by step:

• Merit list: IFHE releases the merit list on ifheindia.org. Your AIR determines your position in the list.
• Counselling call letter: Shortlisted students receive a letter specifying the counselling date, time, and venue — usually one of the six ICFAI campuses.
• Campus and branch preference: On the day of counselling, you indicate your preferred ICFAI university and B.Tech branch. Allocation happens based on your rank and available seats.
• Document verification: IFHE verifies your original documents at the venue. Missing any original document can delay or void your admission.
• Fee payment and admission letter: Once your seat is confirmed, you pay the admission fee and receive a provisional admission letter on the spot.
• Classes begin: B.Tech classes at ICFAI universities typically start in July or August.

Seats in popular branches like Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) at IFHE Hyderabad — the main IcfaiTech campus — tend to fill up quickly. Higher-ranked students get priority of choice. If you have a lower rank, be open to alternate campuses or branches so you don’t walk away without a seat.
