5. Save your login credentials securely; they are required for admit card download, result, and counselling access.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in using your Registration Number and Password at aiimsexams.ac.in.
2. Fill in personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category, nationality, and permanent address.
3. Fill in academic details: MBBS institution name, university, year of passing, roll number, and percentage of marks.
4. Enter internship details: date of completion or expected completion date (must be by December 31, 2026 for the January session).
5. Select your preferred participating institutes — you can indicate preference for JIPMER Puducherry, JIPMER Karaikal, and other INIs in your choice order.
6. Upload your photograph, signature, and left thumb impression in the specified format and size.
7. Review all details carefully — cross-check your name, date of birth, category, and MBBS percentage before proceeding.
