Potassium thiocyanate is considered to be a chemical compound that includes potassium, sulfur, carbon, and nitrogen atoms. The molecular formula of potassium thiocyanate is KSCN. Potassium thiocyanate is an important salt of the thiocyanate anion and it is also considered as one of the pseudohalides.
