Tripura JEE 2020 Admit Card, Documents and Exam Day Instructions

    TRIPURA JEE Admit Card will release in the 3rd week of March 2020. Successfully registered candidates can download their admit card by entering their registered email id and password at the official website i.e. tbjee.nic.in. It is to be noted the admit card will be available in online mode only, no hall tickets will be sent via post.

    • Admit card is an important document to be carried on the exam day as without the admit card student will not be allowed in the examination centre.
    • After downloading the admit card, candidates must check all the details mentioned on the admit card carefully. 
    • In case of any discrepancy, they must raise their voice on the official website or the university itself so that it is corrected on time.
    • Tripura JEE will be held in 6 cities across the country i.e. Dharmanagar, Kailasahar, Ambassa, Udaipur, Santirbazar and Agartala.

    There are some important dates related to Tripura JEE 2020 examination which student must keep a note of. Once the date for an event is passed, students cannot make that event happen in any case later which is why they must remember all the below-tabulated dates:

    How to Download Tripura JEE 2020 Admit Card?

    Candidates who have successfully registered themselves can download their admit card by following the steps mentioned below:

    1. Visit the official website on Tripura JEE.
    2. Find the link stating “Tripura JEE Admit Card 2020”. 
    3. Enter your registered email id and password along with the verification code. 
    4. Click on “Submit”. 
    5. The admit card will appear on the screen. Download and print the admit card. 

    Details on Tripura JEE 2020 Admit Card

    Candidate’s details present on the admit card is provided by them at the time of application form fill up. All the details are expected to be genuine and correct. If any discrepancy in details is found by the authorities, they will not be allowed to write the exam. The final decision by the exam conducting authorities will be considered in this case.

    Below mentioned is the list of details that are present on TRIPURA JEE 2020 admit card:

    • Name of the candidate
    • Enrollment number
    • Candidate’s date of birth.
    • Application number
    • Candidate’s photograph
    • Candidate’s signature
    • Name of the examination centre
    • Couse name for which the candidate has applied
    • Date, day, and time of the exam

    Discrepancy in Tripura JEE 2020 Admit Card

    In case the applicant fails to receive the required admit card in the 3rd week of March 2020, despite the request raised in the office, he/she should go to the above-mentioned authority with these documents:

    • All the required original copies of documents by the university to appear for Tripura JEE 2020 exam.
    • Copies of the self-attested original documents.
    • Receipt copy of the payment for Application Form
    • A print copy of the filled and submitted application form

    Some of the submitted application form filled by the applicants may be incomplete or incorrect in some respect by Tripura Board. So, the board will release a list of such applicants on its official website, in the last week of March 2020.

    All applicants who have not received their respective admit card must check the list. Once they know they are in that list, they must contact the office of Tripura Board in the first week of April. 


    Documents Required with Tripura JEE 2020 Admit Card

    Candidates appearing for the exam must carry at least 2 Xerox copies of their received admit card by Tripura Board to the exam center. There are many other documents that candidates must carry in order to avoid any unwanted situations which include original identity proof which could be any of the following:

    • PAN Card
    • Smart card
    • Passport
    • Driving license
    • Voter’s ID card

    Entry in the test centre will not be permitted without the above-mentioned documents.


    Tripura JEE 2020 Exam Center

    The examination governing body, Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination conducts the test at six exam centers across the country. The choice of the examination centre is to be filled by the candidate in the application form.

    It is suggested to fill the nearest possible centre from their house address so that they conveniently commute to their respective centres to appear for the test. However, Tripura board reserves all the rights to allot any other exam center as per their authority’s other than what is chosen by the candidate.

    All the cities in which Tripura JEE 2020 exam is expected to happen is bulleted below. The centres are mentioned on the tentative basis and students should check with the official website for any change. Admit card will also have all the details of the respective exam centre.

    Moreover, physically disabled students will get the nearest possible center.


    Tripura JEE 2020 Exam Day Instructions

    There are few sets of norms declared by Tripura Board which a candidate needs to follow. In case there is any indiscipline and violation of the declared rules, the board have all the rights to act against candidates. Some of the set of rules are bulleted below:

    • Students need to look for the respective group which could be A, B or C in the admit card according to which they need to sit in the test centre.
    • Students must carry a blue or black ball pen with them in the exam hall.
    • The student must use a blue or black ballpoint pen to mark their answers in the OMR sheet.
    • Calculators are not allowed in the centre.
    • The student must show their admit card and identity proof to the invigilating authority or supervisor when asked for it.
    • If a student is found guilty doing anything that violates the rules, his / her exam shall stand cancelled.
    • The languages chosen by the board for the question paper is English with its Bengali version.
    • Student must not carry any gadget like a mobile phone, calculator, etc. with them as it is strictly prohibited.
