I got admission at off-campus DU but chose Amity because the fees were manageable, and I live in Ghaziabad, just across from Noida Sector 62. Traveling in my own vehicle made it convenient.

Pros:

• Good infrastructure.
• Plenty of socialization opportunities.
• Lots of spotlight if you excel in areas like dance, guitar, cricket, or debate.

Cons:

• They keep you super busy; classes, internships, and foreign language courses run until 4 PM.
• Specifically at the Noida campus, the face ID entry and exit through turnstiles means you’ll spend about 35 minutes daily waiting in line to exit, with around 200 students per gate. Same for entry. So, that’s about 1 hour and 10 minutes wasted daily.
• High fees for back papers.
• Overall fees are quite steep.
• Hostels are very expensive and often unhygienic (especially the boys' washrooms).
• It’s far from tourist spots in Delhi, so hanging out requires a lot of travel time.
