Remarks

College management is good. They look after each and every student.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is started in the month of August and ends in the month of December. Two internal exams are held in one semester and one-semester examination. Fieldwork is done on a regular basis for practical knowledge. 7 subjects are provided to study in one semester.

Placement Experience

100% placement is done. The internship is held very frequently because of the presence of many agriculture-based companies nearby.

College Events

Sportech is the annual sports event held in the college in the month of October. Anugoonj is the annual feast of our college. Celebrated for 7 days techno mix is the annual science exhibition competition and the prize is disturbed up to 1 lakh DJ nights are held in the college for the refreshment of students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Ist year - 140000, 2nd year - 122000, 3rd year - 120000, 4th year - 120000. The hostel fee is dynamic according to the rooms allotted to the students because there are two kinds of room ac and non-ac rooms. College fees are static which is 30000 per semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students who have got 85% in their 12th exam get a scholarship of around 10000- 20000. I have personally not opted for any loan.

Campus Life

In extracurricular activities, the college provides a lot of ways for the development of students in every field. The gender ratio is balanced as males are just a slight few more in numbers as compared to girls. Sports are taken proper care in the college such as cricket, badminton, volleyball and many more.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is best for the freshers and provides a four-time meal in a day. Three wardens are present for the proper management of the hostel. The rooms are neat and clean. Daily cleaners come to clean your rooms. Toilets are cleaned on a regular basis. The food is good.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna

Senior is a mentor in every field. They help in the daily livelihood of the college. They help in all conditions.

Admission

I got admission through the help of websites and college posters. This college is affiliated to central university which is the best point about the college. Searched for the top 10 universities that lead me to this college. Admission is done without any entrance.

Faculty

The maximum numbers of faculty are Ph.D. holders. They treat you like a family and guide you in every field. You can reach anytime for their help and they are ready to find a solution for you. Friendly and supportive in nature. They make the class informative and useful.

A great place for memories, And build future

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is good and relevant to what we need to learn in agriculture. It covers both theory and practical work, like visiting the near by villages and people and learn their way of making profit

Alpine group a completely Good choice for Agriculture.

Likes

I liked the strong majors, good professors, and the classes that actually challenge and develop interest in you.
The collaborative, competitive , sporty and mixed campus vibes of the college.
Friendly people, good advisors and guiders , good menially supporting faculties about whom I heard and experienced.

Dislikes

It would be great if the college expand internship partnership with more local companies.

Placement Experience:

The college has consistent placement record , reflecting strong academic, industrial training exposure. The placement cell also provide guidance for further and better opportunities, I guess there is no college which give direct placement for agriculture, yes we get to collaborate with many good training institutes and as far as i have seen majority of students go for Maters for the same course. In courses like AME, BHM, BCA & IT the college has significantlly good score, pharmacy department also has good no. of placements in MAX, Apollo, Cipla, Zydus lie companies.

Haridwar University Review

Likes

The faculties were friendly and approachable.
There was multiple sports ground, a cafeteria and libraries as well adding to the student requirements.
The overall college life was vibrant as multiple other extracurricular activities was organized from time to time.

Dislikes

The food menu was repetitive and be a lot more better.
Labs could use a bit more maintenance. Although, well equipped a few things was missing from it.
More practical is needed especially for a subject like agriculture.

Placement Experience:

The placement is decent and growing evey year. The students are eligible for campus placements from 3rs year itself. The highest placemet going up to 85LPA and the average placement package being about 6-7 LPA.
