Remarks

No comments on College management. I haven't really bothered about the management but the college is fun.

Entrance Preview

I haven't written any of the entrance examination. I got to know about this college while I was browsing through the internet during the time of admissions to get admitted to one of the colleges.I opted for this college because of its campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was really good. They have all sorts of means of references and help for every course as in lab sessions, libraries, books lending library, media rooms and so on. Since my course was BCA I had Lab Practicals and theory classes as well. References and notes were provided by the faculties.

Internships Opportunities

I haven't taken any internship. So I am not sure about the internship part. For BCA no internship was offered or maybe there was no internship facility at that point of time. I have heard about few of my friends talking about internship but not in BCA.

Placement Experience

Placement and Job Opportunities are really good. There is a placement Cell in the college who only deals with jobs and placements for the students. According to your aggregate and performance you will be able to choose or opt for the companies of your choice.

College Events

Coming to events this college is one of the best I could say. Every month there will be celebrations or events happening. Here freshers day is celebrated for a month followed by fest,award ceremonies and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is as normal as other colleges. Almost same as most other colleges in Bangalore. Late fee payments were accepted with a fine. And there was a small fee collected for the celebrations but it was not compulsory.

Fees and Financial Aid

I guess the college provides scholarship. But I am not sure if it is still availed or provided. I have heard about scholarships and the schemes provided by our college. But I am not sure . Its more like a guess.

Campus Life

Campus life was the best. The campus is just awesome. I cannot explain how good it was. The college has got students from 72 countries which makes you feel like you are not studying in some normal college. Very calm and eco friendly campus. There are a lot of extra carricular activities. They even respect sports.

Hostel Facilities

I was a regular student. So I have no experience to say about hostel or hostel food. As of my knowledge no hostel food can beat your home made food. So I guess it would have been not that great food which was served in the mess.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

We have alumni meets happening in the college. The college faculties will contact you if there is any meet conducted by college. All the alumnis will be called and it is more like a get together function.

Exam Structure

It was all chilled out if you have studied for the exam. There are two computer Labs with working computers which can easily fit 100 people. So there were no issues with the labs. Lab sessions were conducted every day and exams used to be there almost twi

Overall a great experience

Likes

Supportive and knowledgeable faculty members
Industry oriented curriculum with practical learning opportunities.
Modern infrastructure including well equipped labs.

Dislikes

The placement services could be improved by bringing in wider variety of core companies
Campy wifi is slow and cuts out quite often.
Administrative processes are slow and take too long.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 6th or 7th sem onwards. Several major tech and service companies visit the campus every year, making multiple job offers, my personal plan is to pursue masters.

The teaching systems , the infrastructure , good campus , applicable bus facilities etc which is very important for us
The faculty are so friendly and help us always. Test , internals and preparatory are conducted to know where we stand and improve from it
Good education at the affordable cost. Helps us to create a good future and mould ourself

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good .Companies such as l&t, infosys , TCS, IBM, code young etc have visited and selected with a high packages. The stydents from 4th sem are applucable for the placements , There are more than 15 companies that visited for the placements

Likes

Good atmosphere which is close to nature.
Advaned Knowledge of faculty about their subject
Providing many placement opportunity for students

Dislikes

Heavy workloads,acadamic pressure and exams
The lack of extracurricular activitiess.
Small campus and not having enough things

Placement Experience:

In my opinion amrita is having a good placement.about 100 of companies are coming for recrutments every year.a very good placement assistence is also providing by the collage.We are having a couse regarding the placements also.

Well Maintained and Frequently Upgraded Computer Labs
Mostly an old building with modern infrastructure
The number of companies coming in for placements

Dislikes

Canteen food and their management were horrible
The teaching methods could've been better
Not up to date syllabus to the current market

Placement Experience:

There are many companies that approach our college to hire potential students as their employees. The placement department has the data of students who would opt for placements and would like to get a job after the work is done. Companies like Cognizant, Deloitte, Moss Adams, EY etc. Have hired several students from our college and even I got placed in one of the companies that came here for placements.

This college loves innovation they have crated clubs for innovative students like aero kle ,kle media club, etc
The equality of college there is no difference done between boys and girls all are treated equally
The infrastructure of the college we can easily this college has best infrastructure in whole North Karnataka

Dislikes

There are some inexperienced teachers in some of courses like bca , bba ,bcom they teach well but they lack experienc
More importantance is given to B.E students if compared to others
The bca lab computers are outdated but they are upgrading them slowly

Bca course in our college has started from 2021 and the course is of 3 years so there are no records of placements But I is a known college it will bring best companies for placement but has record placement of 100 %since 3 years in its CSE department

I'm currently pursuing BCA degree in this college and overall it's the best experience to study here teachers are very interactive,lab facilities are available and exams are conducted in every every semester.

I have both positive and negative remarks about this College. Some Positive are the placements are good and average student can also get placements. Negative are they dont teach properly and some are very strict.

Gardencity University from the perspective of a student

I chose Garden City University over Presidency University because its course structure felt more practical and career-focused. While both universities are good, Garden City University focuses more on hands-on learning, workshops, and real-world skills. This was important to me because I want to be well-prepared for jobs after my studies. The campus environment at Garden City also felt welcoming, and the teachers are supportive and approachable. GCU college short review

I applied in christ university and jain university in bangalore but the fee structure is quite out of my budget and as boy from small town i got afriad from the fast culture in those universities. I didn't get a rejection from collages i applied but i stepped back after visiting management and looking at fee structure. Firstly you should register with your details, you can do that online or you can walk in to campus. Management will be clearly explaining every aspect of admission.
