Remarks

Positive remarks - Along with good guidelines and good education they also focus on non hectic schedule for students, so that one who are really interested in engineering would utilize their free time for working on their own abilities and one fine day they may get a huge success in finding something innovative Negative- College is at slight distance from the city area .So reaching our college for a new comers would be quite difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Till so far there's nothing i can find wrong about the curriculum. I liked it and seems to enjoy it in the future too. Exam structures are quite student friendly. They conduct 3 internals of marks 25 each and consider best 2 exam marks. That's the 50 marks in which student has to score 25 out of 50 to get qualified for sem exam. Final exam will be conducted for 100 and reduced to 50. Then it will be added with 50 marks from 2 tests.

Placement Experience

4.5

While choosing the college the main criteria that every student looks upto is placement. Till now every seniors are giving positive response for the placement matter. And last year a guy got 30 lpa package too. So being in first year we are also hoping for package like that. Yes out college offers internships. Many of our well known seniors got job in the company where they had been for the internship

College Events

4

In the odd semester our college doesn't conduct any events but other clubs like IEEE conduct some events. But in the even semester college fest named TECHNIEKs is celebrated. In which cultural programs and other things will be there

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. College fees is about 20 thousand per year but the fees that we pay for government is quite expensive , as they take 58,000 per year from every individuals. Overall the fee structure will be 78000 which is quite good when compared to other colleges in our state

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a counter in the reception for scholarship and loan facility that i have seen during my admission. But i haven't visited it as being a general merit student there won't be any scholarships for us. But i have heard some of my friends talking about scholarship taking process and all so there is facility of offering these in our college

Campus Life

3

Yes a big yes actually. There is one building named sports campus for all kind of sports practice. We can play for enjoyment also as there are different courts for sportsmen and others. Labs are very clean you can visit whenever you want to there's one block named CREST which works on providing some service to society by taking public problems form the local city corporation

Hostel Facilities

4

No i have opted for PG so i don't have much information about hostel. But all i can say is infrastructure is good and has ground and nice environment there. And one more important things is that for some pages in college website can be logged in only if you are using college or college hostel wifi.

Alumni/Alumna

Being a first-year student i don't have any idea about alumni network but i have heard seniors saying about alumni that they will be very helpful for you in the near future. So i believe our seniors in this matter and hoping to get some helpful tips from alumni network. As per my knowledge famous personality NARAYAN MURTHY is also our alumni.

Admission

I wrote state level entrance exam. Then counselling process took place where all my personal identities were verified. Afterwards we had given choice of selecting list of colleges we wish to join. I have entered this college in that entey list got merit seat after 2 rounds of seat allotment.

Faculty

5

Our college got huge faculty that its almost impossible for a student to remember everyone's name. But so far all the faculties who are handling our subjects are very good and hard working . But only few of them are teaching in Engineering fashion. Otherwise the other faculties are almost spoon feeding each and every topics

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
