Remarks
The positive thing is it has a world class infrastructure. The infrastructure here is just mesmerizing and mind blowing. The negative thing is that it has to increase the number of practical classes for students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum offered here is fantastic. The syllabus for the particular course that i did had very good subjects related to the course and industry as compared to other universities. The only thing i would suggest is to give more Practical knowledge to the students.
Internships Opportunities
No REVA does not provide any kind of internship for the course that i was in, we had to search for internships of our own. The college only gave us the permission for doing an internship outside so that we don't face any attendance issue.
Placement Experience
The placement cell in REVA university works really well and provides the students with plenty of job opportunities. They also train you on how to crack those interviews and aptitude test that are taken by the companies.
College Events
The annual fest that is celebrated here was called REVAMP which is now renamed as REVA fest. This is conducted in the month of march every year and is celebrated with great joy. Every year in this fest students perform and a celebrity is also called.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very affordable as compared to other universities. The fee structure for BCA is 60,000 per year and registration fee is 10,000 which is to be paid only with the first year fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you take admission through comedk the you will get a scholarship and if you are outstanding in your academics the also you will get a scholarship. Also you can apply for loan from any of the banks.
Campus Life
When it comes to extra curricular activities the college should increase the lab periods that tha alloted to the students so as to gain more Practical knowledge. When it comes to sports there are many opportunities to play state level.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel also had a world class infrastructure and clean rooms with attached bathroom. There are four sharing room and three sharing room for boys and the two sharing room is only for girls. There are north mess and south mess.
Alumni/Alumna
There are anti ragging cell that operate within the campus. The seniors here are very helpful as well. Yearly there is also a alumni meet that is conducted by the college. In this the pass out students come to the campus and have an interaction with the students.
Exam Structure
There are three internal exams conducted, two of which are written test and one is online test. This is because if a student is unable to attend any one of the internals the he can attend the rest two exam.
Admission
I got a direct admission here, i directly visited the admission office of the university and filled the admission form and the went through the further process of documentation and registration fee payment.
Faculty
The faculties that we got in every semester were very good and full of knowledge. They were very helpful and helped us in every problems that we faced specially the class teachers in every semester had our back.
