Remarks

They should maintain a better friendly environment apart from being serious most of the times. Apart from this other things are perfectly fine. &even the fee counters are crowded so they should come up with new ways to reduce the crowds.

Entrance Preview

CETI opted for Automobiles as i wanted to do my BE in Automobiles.I knew about this college and its reputation so i couldn't have got a better college than this.

Course Curriculum Overview

It has got an incubation center by Mahindra & Mahindra groups.But could have been better if it gets latest technologies.It has mostly backdated equipment's.The equipment's from Bosch are in a good shape but the other are really very old and doesn't works most of the times.

Internships Opportunities

More than 50 companies have visited the campus.Mainly mass recruiters.Infosys,cognizant,tech mahindra,igate,L&T infotech,HP,Mindtree which offered a healthy package of about 3-4.5LPAInszoom-Upto 7LPAHashedin-5.4-6.5LPACodenation-24LPAand many more.

College Events

All the department conducts there separate forums and well know dignitaries and participants attend them. Acharya HABBA is the name of the college fest which is one of the best fests of Bangalore and know faces of the countries take on the command.Media cup, APL and many other events are being conducted in our college which turns out to be a grand ceremony &event in all together.

Fee Structure And Facilities

1st yea is a bit expensive but feasable after 1st year.For CET-It is about 80000 in the 1st year &later on its about 60000.For comedK it is about 180000 per year.For management it depends based on the candidate.but it also beings between 150000 to 200000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loans are being offered by the banks and college gives scholarship to the people who belongs to back ward classes. For general students there is nothing.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is not that balanced.Workshops and other cultural activities are being phenomenal. Students community don't have any sort of diversity within each other. Sports and other games have a good scope and the college have got good coaches for sports and they always participate in an enthusiast manner.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are really top class. It is one of the best services which are being provided to a student. Food and other safety security things are top class. The amount paid is a bit over priced.Its about 120000 per year. And cottages costs about 150000 per ye

Academic Curriculum- they constantly upgrade the subjects which needs to be taught
Labs - very well equipped labs for all branches.
You can choose to drop a lab and do it in winter break or summer break

Dislikes

very less holidays only 3rd saturday is holiday and they dont give holidays for jayantis and all
Auto drivers near the college. this is pure daylight robbery

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

I have been from diploma background, after diploma I joined this course as later entry (direct admission to 2nd year). In diploma also, I have studied the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course. As I know the basic concepts about this course, it is easy for me now to understand the concepts.

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time
Good infrastructure with well equipped labs, library, sports
Adds extra curricular activities like teaching AI and other trending topics in college

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good

Infrastructure is well established and good
Security for Students is very high and no ragging

Only one playground for cricket and also remaining
security are very rude but some are bit friendly

Yes our college provide placements, from final year that is 7th semester they will allow for placements, Many companies visited our college like tcs, Cognizant, indegene, microland etc and average package is 400000 and highest is 1500000 it given by oracle, Nearly 60 percent students got that is either in both technical and non technical jobs, my plans to join a IT company

Good Learning

Likes

Faculties are really well experienced by character all the faculties are humble and polite.
The college has good Infrastructure and the campus is surrounded with Trees it is very peaceful campus.
Placement support are really good with lab facilities where skill rack, NPTEL, Infosys springboard, MongoDB, IBM platform is provided for level up our skills.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are fairly good and students become eligible for campus placements from the final year, usually from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the campus every year and offewre opportunuties in different roles such as software developer,analyst, technical support, and other entry-level positions.

Campus Life and Social Interaction : Vibrant campus Life : The campus offer a dynamic environment with multiple student clubs , technicals societies , cultural fests ,and sports events students engaage in regular extracurricular activities.
Faculty Experience and Mentorship : Experienced faculty : The faculty at SVIT is often described as appreciable , knowledge, and supportive . professors are well - versed in there respective fields ,and many have industrial experience .
Placement support : Strong placement record: SVIT hasa good placement record ,with many students securing in top - tier companies like TCS , Wipro , Accenture, Infosys,. The college guidence through placement offers traning .

Dislikes

Collaborative Environment : Group project and assignment is core elements of curriculum with many course designed to involve group work and collaborative projects.
Cultural Activities : Are not celebrated more in semister
Collaborative learning : Communication barrier in larger teams especially working with different backgrounds or academic disciplines.

Placement Experience:

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . On average , around 80-85% of eligible students get placed in good companies.

Less fees but wonderful knowledgeful experience

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.
