Remarks

No negative remarks about the college, any student can confidently join vit, It is a place to learn and a chance to grow. I really feel I have made the best option as vit. I am really thankful for my parents who have joined me here and letting me explore.

Course Curriculum Overview

Vit Entrance exam is the way to get admission. so people will first apply for the admission exam and give that and they will be called for counseling based on the rank they have secured and students are allowed to choose whatever branch they want and once the counseling is done they have to pay the fee and after they will get a call and they are supposed to go to their respective hostels allotted and the course curriculum is the best

Placement Experience

We get several companies. last time the avg was 7. 3 lakhs and annually 4k people are getting placed. it is actually divided into super dream and dream companies the super dream companies offer more than 40 lakhs and the highest package last year was 41 lakhs per annum.

College Events

They conduct several technical events and cultural events. Riviera is the biggest event and it is one of the largest events in Asia. Celebrities will be called and they will entertain us. there are clubs and chapters where you get to interact with each other.

Feasible only but I feel the hostel and food fee are little expensive and that too we have selection option I mean students can select their hostels and mess. the hostel is also so good it is as ac and non AC rooms so students can actually select whatever they want.

We really get to interact with seniors are we can study in the same class it affects the juniors and they give us positive vibes that help us to boost up and we have got the best seniors and we also can interact with them in the clubs and chapters we have joined.

Faculty

Vit has got the best faculty and they teach very well they are actually well qualified and we have got the faculty from different countries too that is the main advantage we can actually interact with them and approach them for every small issue and clarification.

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Likes

The college provides a friendly and supportive learning environment.

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

In our college there any company are coming mostly plastic company where coming plastic company like Reliance ,fanuc, jsw, ather, caterpillar ecetera where coming they provide placements and packages above 3 lakh our placement office velladurai sir is a very kindful for he makes a company dealings

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
