Remarks

The college has worst mangement system if you are stuck with them they you let you suffer they are not ready to help you. They will let you run. Suppose if you have lost your attendance because of you health conditions they will not give you attendance even if you have medical certificate they will let you suffer and at last they will give or take attendace depend on there mood

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

No exam is necessary for entrance if you opt for exam they will ask you basic ncert questions. The paper will be of multiple type question and time limited. There are thousands of students who go for btech cse.

Placement Experience

Galgotias placements cell is very good. Almost all of the student get placed in company average package is around 3-4 lakhs. Galgotias provide intership in big company. The placement of students start from there second last semester

College Events

Galgotias conduct there own fest which is known as unifest. They have diffirent clubs for different activites. Each play there own role in fest. Students can take part in clubs and clubs conduct there own events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is fessible if we compare the colleges in ncr region. Hostel fees plus university fees cost student around 3lakh per annum but its okay almost every private college in that region cost the same.

Fees and Financial Aid

Galgotias university does not provide any scholarship as well loans but if you are native of up and if your family income is less than 2 lakh up goverment will provide you scholarship. If you pay your fees before time they will provide you discount.

Campus Life

Labs in galgotias university is well equipped with high speed wifi over all over the campus. There is large ground football as well as for basketball. You can join clubs for sports they will provide you all facilites

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I opted hostel facilities outside the university. Ab hostel is one of the best hostel there food is best they take around 1. 15 lakh per annum and they provide bus as well lunch to the university. PG's cost around 10 thousand per month.

External Expense: Rs. 7000 - Rs. 10000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumi network is not so good but senior students almost all of them are good and they are always ready to help you in any condition. They conduct workshop to awake your interest in your fields. They will help you in your acadmics

Admission

No interview simple admission process by merit list after online registration on there website you could also visit directly in campus for admission they will guide you. You should take your 10th,12th result with you.

Faculty

The faculty of galgotias university are good. The faculty who teach are well qualified in there field they should be on time as there attendance is taken too and apart from they should send notes on daily basics to mark the daily attendance.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I wanted to go to VIPS, Pitampura. I did get admission there but they did not update the 4 year course policy which was newly released by the govt on their website and ipu website. Due to this my budget messed up and I had to back up. I specially prepared for this exam but in the end I ended up going to a private university where I feel like I wasted my time and money. This university is not how it may look like. It may be good in terms of fees but the faculty and courses that get taught are like as if pursuing two degrees with no meaning. The admission process was simple and east. Fill an application form and go to GCET and get everything done there that's all. No complicated thing....Read More
