Food is the most attractive feature. It is true that no college can offer food for students like sathyabama with daily non veg of differen items. Demerit is that the college is lack in infrastructure with old and non painted walls.

There are total of 2 semesters for each year of course. Each semester has its two mid exams of each 50 marks which later converted into 20 marks that contributes 40 marks with 10 marks for attendance and assignments. Atlast 40+10 total 50 internal marks and the semester exam conducted for 100 marks contributes 50 marks. Therefore 50 internals +50 semester gives 100 marks.

Placements is one of the most important factor for an institution in that way Sathyabama has placed almost all the students of the current year (2020) pass out batch. In 2020 placement the highest salary package is given around 41 lpa.

Sathayabama conducts culturals, sports meet, many others as like of other colleges. Students are encouraged to participate irrespective of the departments and the courses the belongs to. The college provides lots of opportunity to help the students exploring their talents.

Everywhere inside the campus is only of labs than the classrooms. The labs are equipped with trained lab assistants. But little drawbacks as there are problem with some digital system labs. But overall other labs are maintained with higher standards.

Hostel fee is to be paid in excess of the fee mentioned above, i. e. , Rs. 80,000/- per year and AC hostel Fee is 175000/- per year. Hostel facility will be allocated on First Come and First Serve basis. As everyone of us know the water scarcity in chennai due to which the hostel students recieves water only 1hour per day.

The most attractive is all about anti- ragging cell maintained by the college to avoid ragging and to built up a good relationship among seniors and juniors. This made the junior senior interation friendly which inturns seniors gives motivational session periodically to boost up the the juniors in their studies.

Since Sathyabama is a deemed university, first one need to clear the all india entrance conducted by institute and then direct admission to the courses through counselling session. The application for entrance exam will be announced by January 1st week of every year.

Most of the professors are doctrates with many years of experiences. They clarify doubts and ensure everyone has clearance with the respective topics. Faculties tries to mould the students such a way that each and every student creates interest in studies.
