Remarks

It's not worth to do engineering from this college of you don't have a scholarship. If you get a scholarship, it will be better option than other private institutions in the region. The drawback of the university is its small alumi network and remote location.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

B. tech curriculum is diversed. You will have a lot of opportunities to find the right career path. For core subjects there will be 2 lab hours and 3 hours of theory lectures. Other then that, for perspective and soft skills there is course every semester which has 2hours of lecture. You will have continuous quizzes along with lab exams and viva. Also, there is mid-sem exam which comprises 20% of grade and end semester exams which comprises 40% of grades.

Placement Experience

1.5

Overall placement opportunities are below national average. Most of the students placed are from Computer Science branch and have IT jobs. There are 3 Practice school (internships) in the curriculum of B. tech. First one consists of industrial visits to industries on various disciplines. Second one is for 2 months internship which is provided by University (can take on your own if you wish). The third one is 6 month long internship which one had to do after 7th semester. I interned at NTPC Noida office where I was designated to work on a small scale website (Dot Net) and it was overall a good learning experience.

College Events

3.5

Most of the festivals are celebrated on the campus itself. The one big fest that lasts around 4 days is organised every February which consists of Technical, Cultural and management fairs. Also, throughout the year every club keeps on doing something or the other to keep the campus alive.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tution and hostel fees is variable every year(Approximately 4Lac /year including everything). It seems on the higher side but healthy scholarships are provided to students. Branch topper ( 1 boy and 1 girl) is awarded 100% scholarship after 1st year and scholarships are also provided even before beginning the course (I have 75%) scholarship so it becomes feasible. Without scholarship it's expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

College provides scholarship on various basis: 1) On the basis of your JEE rank. 2) On the basis of your +2 marks. 3) On the basis of your 1st year(B. tech) CGPA. 4) Scholarship to female students (Humaari Pari). There is no as such facility of student loan from the college.

Campus Life

3.5

University has a diverse culture and almost every sport facility is available on the campus. There is separate gym timings for boys and girls. Also, there is a separate floor for recreational activities (we call it Area 51) which consists of board games, pool table, foosball and many other things. It's the hangout spot of the university.

Alumni/Alumna

The university is relatively new so there is not much alumni network but its a work in progress. An association is formed of the alumi network and they are always there to help the students. Many of the students are either abroad for studies or in institute like IIT and IISc for masters.

Admission

Firstly, you have to fill the admission form for this university which comprises of your personal details and a SOP. Then you will have an interview (one to one or skype). If selected, you will be sent an offer letter for admission and you have to submit acceptance of that offer with the initial amount (?25,000).

Faculty

3

Most of the faculty is PhD and takes keen interest in teaching the students. Also, you will have ample of opportunities to work with them in multiple projects and research work. Many of the students have their research work published in some journal by the time they leave with their degree from the college.

teaching aspect, exam conduction is fine. except they can give more break (1 or 2 day) between exams, rest all is good. The exams are not that difficult. The level i would say on a scale of 1 to 10, is around 6.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I thought I would have a wide range of options to choose from later. This curriculum prepares us moderately I will say. Academically subjects are what we need, but I feel semesters are too short to complete everything. while semester we are like rushing first minor then within a month we have majors. it feels too overwhelming as we have to do subjects like cs gp too. which take a lot of time. then assignments. then lab workbooks are to be completed then we have to complete the syllabus and then minor and after a month only we have majors it is very hectic.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is successfully combined with theoretical learning and practical applications, enabling students to face both professional lives and higher studies. The majority of students enjoy its applicability. The fee is affordable, with B.Tech priced around ?92,500 per annum. Merit-based scholarships (12th-grade marks, CUET, or JEE Main) give financial assistance with up to a 100% concession for good performers. Few details are available regarding fee differentials for different categories (SC, ST, Management). Examinations are held on a regular basis, such as sessionals and end-of-semester exams. Improvement areas include more effective time management in the tests and more concentration on extracurricular activities.

Placement Experience:

You become eligible for placements from the 7th sem itself. The companies which some here are mostly unknown companies, except Flipkart, Airtel, Jindal and Reliance. The placement scenario is as follows: CS/IT : Very good placements, avg 4+, highest(from 2023) was 12LPA on campus. Printing/PKG/Food Tech : 100% Placement, in 2024, 10 students got placed with a package of 9.5 LPA. Core branches(Except ECE) : Decent placement, you have to be top employable in your batch to be placed. ECE : Not allowed to sit in software companies, no electronic company comes, worst placement, No need to talk about the package or percentages. You can just be placed in a sales role.
