Remarks
The infrastructure and the facilities are up to the mark. The teaching is good. The schedule is very pleasant. But there are 2 midterms and one final exams every semseter. Along with 2 assignments and a quiz. Which is a bit hectic. Other than that everything is cool.
Course Curriculum Overview
You can choose your curriculum by yourself. The university implements FFCS. A student can select their choice of subject and the teacher and the slot which they want. At the end of 4 years, one has to complete 180 credits. It depends on the students how they want to complete them.
Placement Experience
The college claims to have a 100% placement record. They also provide internship to the students. A majority of IT companies come along with consultancy services and other core sector companies.
College Events
Gravitas and Riviera. They are the biggest events in south India. Gravitas is a technical event where people for different college compete in all sorts of technical events. Riviera is a cultural fest with 4 days of fun and enjoyment.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The basic fees are 200000 for the tuition and the keep on increasing depending on the rank of the candidate upto 500000. The hostel and mess cost up another 100000. Also scholarship are provided.
Fees and Financial Aid
The university offers a scholarship for 100000 for poor students and some banks also provide student loans. The college checks the financial condition of the student before giving the scholarship.
Campus Life
The college has represents all sports and have good facilities. The labs are advanced and have all required instruments. Also the college supports extracurricular activities like dance, drama, art, and many more
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are on sharing basis and one can choose their roommate. The rooms are 1-6 beds depending on the fees which one can afford. The rooms are AC and non AC. The infrastructure is good.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior are really helpful and support us in all sort of ways. There is an alumni network call VITAA. They keep contact with their alumni students. Also the alumni help us in preserve our goals.
Admission
I appeared for the VITEEE exam which is an online exams and all major cities have a center for it. Then after receiving my rank I was called for counseling. The branch which I want depends on my rank.
Faculty
Most of the facility have an doctorate. They have an deep knowledge of their subject and most also have a research background. They encourage students to pick up projects and continue research.
