Overall there were doing really good in all aspects.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, we had the best curriculum and apart from studies, our college paved a way for many other extracurricular by means of mechanical events. Those events help us to gain some extra knowledge other than from our books has. For 6 months once we went for an industrial visit.

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

College Events

On the technical basis symposium will be conducted once in a year. Once in a year sports is conducted. The person who has interest in sports will participate and gave their support. Once in a year annual day will be conducted. The peoples will show their unique talent which they have.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Based on the government’s fees structure they charge us. We may pay by means of hand to hand or through online also. In the bill itself, they will provide the fee breakage. We had some fee concessions based on some criteria they had. They will provide some scholarships for the students who scored high marks in schoolings.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, they offered scholarships. For the first graduate, they will offer scholarships. Government of Tamil Nadu will provide scholarships for B.E students. The average sum of scholarships was 10000.

Campus Life

Other than studies my college is meant for good sports. They provided good facilities for sports. In extracurricular activities they allowed us to participate in many technical orientated event while preparing for that we gained some knowledge rather than we had from our books.

Hostel Facilities

We had a spacious room in a hostel with attached bathrooms. We had 24/7 water supply and electricity services. We had separate Two tv rooms. We had Audio system in the mess hall. Apart from that in the hostel, the workers are kind-hearted. They will treat you like their child.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per yearExternal Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

They supported and guided us in all aspects. They will give seminars about the placements process. They conducted a mock interview which helps us to overcome the fear.

Admission

After completing schoolings my wish is to join the chemical engineering course but unfortunately, I couldn’t. I came to know my college by relatives. I had chosen this college through counselling. Admission team explained their college features and I also gone through one on one counselling session. After that only I came to know that mechanical engineering is suitable for me.

Initially, our college was well known for faculty. Because they are build by the team of faculties and still running successfully because of them only. Some of the faculties had company experience. Sometimes they will explain practically to understand the concept.

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

The college provides a friendly and supportive learning environment.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
